Having reviewed other vape stores in this area, it's only right I tried this one. Overall great store. I didn't have the opportunity to get into any discussions with the staff about coil builds, mods, etc. so I cannot attest to their knowledge there, but their premium e-liquid selection is vast. I'm still angry as I'm writing this. I wanted to start Vaping so I decided to go into cool vapes to get set up because it's closer to my house but was that a mistake. I was completely uniformed about Vaping when I walked in and walked out much the same. If I wasn't being talked down for asking about things I was being talked over and pushed towards the more expensive and complicated products I knew nothing about. Went into cool vapes the other day service as expected but as I was talking to one of the employees and he referred the vape shop that I go to frequently and purchased my mod from as "Afghanistan" I didn't appreciate the hostility toward another vape shop and saying "that's where you went wrong" when I mentioned where I bought my coil from. I believe that was very unprofessional to mention to a customer. read more

I'm a man over 40 that is trying to quit smoking and thought this would be a good way to help. I visited this shop and couldn't believe the unprofessionalism that I walked into. Yes it is a cool vape shop but the employees were more concerned about creating smoke clouds than trying to help me figure out what I needed. It was very tough trying to figure out what flavor I enjoyed when the employees kept blowing clouds of thier own flavor into my face. I found something I thought I could deal with and ask the clerk for my selection, he gave me the wrong strenght on both flavors because I was bothering him, I guess. I went back again today to discuss these issues with someone else and maybe correct the first clerks problem. I walked into a cloud so thick I was turned off immediatly. I discussed my issue with the female clerk for a moment but she was too busy with everything else to care. The same male clerks were behind the counter creating more smoke so the cloud would be even thicker. I understand the spirit of this shop but the owners either don't know this is very offesive to most customers or think it is cool and don't care. I will not bother to interupt thier cool scene any longer and I have spoken to several customers that feel the same way. Good luck with your cool cloud shop. read more
