During the initial consultation, he asked pointed questions to understand the full scope of the employment issue and then made a recommendation for next steps. Over the course of multiple weeks, he communicated with my ex-employer's attorney to resolve the matter. His legal representation gave me a sense of peace, knowing that an experienced professional, with the latest understanding of Massachusetts employment law, was standing up for my rights and pushing for the best outcome. I would recommend his services whole-heartedly.

The email from them contained information with Connecticut laws when this was a Massachusetts case. The email also said we had to pay $400.00 for an initial consultation even though their webpage said the initial consultation would be free. When we questioned the $400 we had to show them on their own webpage where it said the consultation was free because they weren't aware of it. They were quick to remove the word "free" from the webpage. They also sent a new link to the "Massachusetts" information, which again brought us to Connecticut information. To date they have never responded to the voicemail we left them, nor have they gotten back to us after removing the word "free" from their website. In my opinion any law firm that acts this unprofessionally and also charges for an initial consultation should be avoided because it seems like they are all about the almighty dollar and will not be there for the client.
