With al the fresh produce that abounds in our region it seems strange that a club of this standing could not make more of an effort to produce reasonably good food instead of all the frozen rubish that is so common these days. Most people don't mind paying a bit extra for quality. For a Sat night the club was noticeably empty, Icant help but wonder why.

But there is a gorgeous patio that my friends and I decide to sit on and have a drink. We ordered one entrée, fish and chips, that we shared amongst three of us and it was delicious! There was some live music which blew my mind while we were there. We each had one drink, It was a ginger beer alcoholic drink, and OMG I loved it. To order food or drinks you need to stand in line and get a number and it will be brought to your table we got lucky in order before the place got too crowded. The bathrooms were clean and there were several toilets which meant no lines even with a crowded room. However, there are a lot of things that could be done to make the room more comfortable. While the room was big, it was also cold. I wore my scarf and jacket throughout the evening. Additionally, if organising an event, I would be very mindful of your guests hunger needs. The event I attended had minimal catering for a select few. You are unable to order food within the room and are unable To bring food in- even from the Vikings club itself. This can make for a very awkward evening when people are constantly running to McDonald's in the breaks to get themselves fed.
