As a member of the public they have always been very helpful when I have been looking for strange bits for plumbing repairs, tape and tools. They have a large timber part to the left of the store. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with requests and they always seem to have lots of people in the shop.

Their service was excellent and the door it's self is of a high standard, we have used mid Kent windows for many years now from the 1st time 17yrs ago when we replaced our windows and French doors, we then went on to have our conservatory done too at a later date which we Couldnt be happier with, which is why we wouldn't go anywhere else, nothing is ever to much trouble, Our French doors had dropped slightly over many years of use and they were out the same day I reported it to adjust it! We also noticed some of the handles on the window were a bit loose or the button had cracked through wear and they came out and replaced Them too, I think it's great they offer a 10year guarantee which gives you peace of mind. We are now thinking of having our fascia, soffits and guttering done soon so will be back in touch to have them replaced.
