If you look online it gives you a different address as they had moved. I posted the correct one. This location has air con & is great just to pop into when it's sweltering. haha. It is also behind glass doors & there is usually police hanging around they are very friendly & always give me great directions. They even took me to the market one day. It's very safe, no worries. Highest recommendations.

I would recommend HSBC near ( across the Park on 422 El Llano) the Basicilica. Some banks here in Oaxaca, for whatever reason have not honored my card. Granted it was a weekday afternoon, but it was easy in easy out. If you have no grasp of the Spanish language you can select your language from the ATM machine. 5 stars good enough!
