The restaurant is beautiful inside. They sell their own wine and merchandise, along with wine tasting. We had a late lunch and sat in the bar area. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. It took a while for the server to attend to us. She passed us several times without saying a word. The food took a while to get to us. We went here for lunch after church on Sunday. It's a beautiful building with a winery in the grand entry. There is also a separate full bar area along with some patio seating. The main dining area has booths and chair/tables. The vibe is simple elegance. Quality seating, lighting and decor. Nice ambiance. Jaden was our server, perhaps he is new-ish because his timing wasn't quite right with everything although he executed his duties. He brought out waters and offered to bring other beverages. I was only drinking water and it was never refilled until I asked another server passing by. Our food was brought out by someone else. By the time Jaden came back to check on us, we were practically finished eating. My son's wine glass is now empty, but no offer to bring another glass, my son had to ask for it. The food was pretty good, although presentation needs a little work. They enjoyed the Drunken Shrimp appetizer. I had Dana's Parmesan crusted chicken with Betty's potatoes and green beans. All were delicious! My son had the steak sandwich which he said was good, but the heat lamp french fries that came with it were not fresh which was a bummer. Had another great meal here today for lunch. Nice cool break from this ridiculous sweltering heat. Started out with a bottle of Dragonfruit Spritzy Sangria and an order of the Tomato Bruschetta. The Sangria was crisp and sweet. And the Bruschetta was fantastic. For our entrees, I had the lunch portion of the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon and a side salad. Unfortunately the salad never came but there was no issue with taking it off the bill. My husband had the dinner portion of the Braised Short Ribs, which he said turned out perfectly. Tender, no knife needed. And my step daughter had the lunch portion of the Butternut Squash and Gnocchi. Her meal was fantastic as well. Went to dinner with my husband on Sunday. We made a reservation online which I recommend because they can get busy. We were seated on time and as we were taken to our seats I felt like we were at a restaurant on a cruise ship. Lively conversations at all the tables and a nice atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and promptly brought us water and awesome warm pretzel bread with butter, yum!!! My husband ordered the short ribs and said they were very good and I ordered the Parmesan crusted Mahi-mahi which came with broccolini and Mary's mashed potatoes. Dinner: another thing I'm a sucker for is short ribs. When I seen that, yep I'm in. Bad decision missed a little detail Risotto. I was pretty good but not great occasionally I could get the taste of the short rib seemed good. My wife got the surf and turf scallops and pork chop. I tried a bit of both scallops are really good and the crushed pork, So so. Service: our waitress "Xiomerqui" was amazing. She did a great job. Ambiance: the place is huge. We were able to walk in but they do take reservations. We sat in the bar area which was really nice as well. The have a large collection of wine. We didn't try any so I can't comment on it. Ambiance is great. It's not a run of the mill chain. If you like wine this could be perfect for you. They have a wine club which is pushed quite heavily by all employees. Our server asked if we were members and sighed heavily when we said we weren't. It was almost comical. We got the Thai lettuce wraps to start. They were wonderful and I would go back just for two orders of them. Each dipping sauce was delicious. I have dined here a handful of times and this is by far my fave menu item. The cilantro chicken sandwich was ok. I wouldn't seek it out but it's also not a fail. The Bleu burger wasn't great. Maybe it was the type of Bleu they use? Service wasn't very attentive. He also has taken care of us multiple times and in comparison to some of the other hosts, he has always been positive and smiling. I really like Cooper's Hawk in general but wanted to try this location. Every time I went passed it looked very busy. I went and was pleasantly surprised to find that there is ample parking and seating. I went several times to see how they do at different times of day. All the experiences have been wonderful. They have great brunch selections as well. It is relaxing and inviting. Parking as I noted is better than I thought. You can get take out and wine take out too if you are in the club to pick up your bottles. The prices are fairly reasonable considering the level of service. It is a relaxing oasis in today's crazy world. Highly recommend. Many options for gluten free as well if you have those issues. read more

So glad there's a location closer to home. Was able to try the new location with my sister while she was in town visiting. When we arrived the check in to our reservation was a bit less smooth (could tell the the team is new); once that was the accomplished the good times began. Love that we were able to sample two wines to get a good idea of what we would like to drink, it was truly a nice touch to avoid the I am not sure and risk getting a glass that you do not like. For appetizers we started with drunken shrimp which was so good; the combination of the bacon and avocado was a pleasant surprise. Next we tried the Thai chicken lettuce wraps and they were so YUMMY! I could have that as a meal like 4 times and probably would have wanted more. We are Filet Mignon lovers and both selected a steak as the main course. Would have really loved the idea of the candied bacon be offered as a choice side as opposed to the carb/potatoes. We did not have room for dessert but would have tried the cookie of the chocolate cake..... maybe the two apps delayed the dessert enjoyment. Our server Tamera went ABOVE and BEYOND! It's so nice to have another restaurant in this area. The chef recommendation lemon butter cake was amazing, came back a few nights later for another one. Go during happy hour, it's such a deal. Had the prime rib sliders, southwest egg rolls, and fried shrimp, all delicious. It's a new restaurant so I went with the intentions for having lots of wine and food with the wine. We loved everything about this location, starting with the lobby. It's a spacious, welcoming area that works perfectly for wine tastings, and there's also a great selection of retail items available for purchase. We made reservations through OpenTable and had plenty of time options to choose from. We arrived a bit early, hoping to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner, and were happy to find several open seats at the bar, complete with two large TVs. With the Packer game about to start, my husband and I quickly agreed that dining at the bar was the perfect choice. The hostess was very accommodating and connected us with the bartenders right away. I ordered the red wine flight, which was exceptional. I never expected to enjoy a Pinot Noir, but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. My husband chose a luxe Cabernet Sauvignon and was equally impressed. We skipped appetizers with plans to save room for dessert. My husband ordered the gnocchi alla vodka, while I chose the beef short ribs with risotto. Both dishes were excellent and exceeded our expectations. For dessert, we shared the key lime pie, which had the perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors and a spot-on graham cracker crust. The bar staff truly stood out. They were attentive without being overbearing, offered thoughtful suggestions, timed refills perfectly, and made the experience even better with great conversation. I had lunch at 12/29/25 recently and unfortunately left pretty disappointed. I found a hair in my mashed potatoes, which is obviously not something you ever want to encounter while dining out. Our server was extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely apologetic. She immediately offered to have my dish remade and did everything she could to make the situation right. Because we were in a rush and everyone else at the table was already eating, I declined a full remake and just asked for fresh mashed potatoes instead. What really fell short was the lack of acknowledgment from management. I was told a manager would come by to speak with me, but no one ever did. When the check arrived, there was simply $15 taken off with no explanation or conversation from the manager. Given the situation, that felt dismissive rather than thoughtful. The service itself was great and the building is beautiful, but finding a hair in my food and receiving no direct acknowledgment from management ultimately overshadowed the experience. We had such a good dinner at the newly opened Cooper's Hawk in Greenfield!  The food was delicious, service excellent (thank you to our wonderful server Xiomerqui), and the ambiance of the space was beautiful.  This is the perfect spot for an amazing date night, celebratory dinner, or girls' night out. Cooper's Hawk has an impressive cocktail menu and wine list, as well as beer and NA beverages.  We went with the Espresso Martini bin 61 Sour and to start - both were great.  We tried some of the house wines during dinner, including their on site exclusive barrel reserve - so good. We always love our time at Cooper's Hawk in Greenfield! We sat at the bar for some appetizers and drinks for happy hour. They have a fun happy hour menu for food and drinks! My husband got the blood orange pineapple margarita and I got the Abrillante wine. They were firsts for both of us, and we loved them both enough we got seconds! For the apps we chose the crispy tempura shrimp and the smoked salmon spread. The tempura shrimp comes in a bed of Asian slaw which I could eat all on its own, it's so delicious! The flavor of the fish was tasty but the asparagus was crunchy(included 4 spears) and the potatoes were pasty with not alot of flavor. Supposedly you get 2 free samples of wine but when I asked the waiter to try a wine he brought me a full serving and was charged for it. During our first visit, we chatted with Chloe and Kate, and then with Darren on the way out. All of them were quite cheerful and took great care of us. We have had quite a few dishes at this location in appreciation of their member wine bonuses. We had to stop in and ensure we grabbed our included bottle for being members. We have another one we'll be stopping in for, and it's a great member perk from Cooper's Hawk that shows their appreciation to members. This isn't just the wine club where you're getting bottles that you pay for. These are gratis bottles, so if you were a 1 bottle/month member, you got a free dine-in bottle. If you were a 2 bottle/month member, you got two free dine-in bottles. First time in, we were quite pleased with the new experience - they've got a solid start, and I don't have any complaints like some of the other reviews I've read. We didn't have service or food issues whatsoever, and the tastes were excellent. We frequent Cooper's in Brookfield, and the menu is not identical, though we know their fare quite well. Second time in, we got Vicente, and it was another fantastic experience. We had some questions about the Wine O'Clock menu for choosing between items, and he came in with some great recommendations. I love the combinations they're putting out for appetizers and items we haven't had before. Delicious food! Take a look at some of the pics of the items we got - they were extremely tasty! Noise level was great, and the acoustics seem to be well managed in the areas of the room we have been in. I'm seeing plenty of happy people here, so I hope this continues to thrive like the Brookfield location. It's fun to see the back area where all the magic takes place in the kitchen as well. My sister-in-law enjoyed her fall off the bone tender braised short ribs over risotto, my sister enjoyed her delicious chicken, lemon piccata. And I absolutely loved my pistachio crusted grouper!!. I made a reservation online for 530 pm for four people. That part was nice. We got to the restaurant and had to wait a bit to get seated which was fine, I get it. The restaurant is new so a lot of people are coming. Once we eat is when the night went downhill. Our waitress came over and asked if we needed any drinks - we had literally just sat down and no one knew what they wanted. The waitress left and she didn't come back for a long time. Once she took our order we never saw her again to get drink refills or water refills. She brought our food out and once again never came to see how the food was tasting or if we needed anything. We had asked several times about our two free wine samples that came with dinner and she said she would help us get those. She never brought it up again and finally on the 4th time asking she asked us what we wanted. We didn't have a wine menu in front of us to choose. She had to go get a wine menu. Once our two free wine samples were taken, we waited over 20 minutes for 4 people to get two wine samples. She brought our check out and it was soak and wet to the point my husband couldn't even sign it. I brought all of my concerns to the manager and he could have cared less . I'll stick to the Brookfield location. The wine area is much nicer than Brookfield location but that is the only nicer thing. read more
