For starters I really didn't know where I was , nor what highway I was on. But he managed to locate me. The app said he'll tow my truck on 50-75 min. Once he got my location he was there in 20 minutes. Where I was broke down at on the highway was a dangerous location. He stated other drivers wouldn't have done it, but nevertheless HE DID , AND I WAS SO GRACIOUS !!!!! I live in the next state over, and he drove so safe to my home. I told him to drop my Ford F150 King Ranch on the side street because it's cars parked on both sides my street, making it extremely difficult to get to my house. He managed to squeeze through, not only that but park it PERFECTLY in my driveway. This is by far top tier service !!!!...and might I add he had hel had a flat bed tow truck, 1/2 of it was on my neighbor's driveway and the other 1/2 in my driveway. That truck was huge , but he did a perfect job in one shot....AN ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONAL !!!!!

I will never go back here, my car was not running properly and my tires somehow got damaged and flattened. They scammed me and took my money at an unreasonable charge. The owner was in denial about the poor work put into my car. It was a waste of time. I risked my own life and bank account setting foot on that property. It was traumatic for me as a SA survivor. A simple install of an alternator turned into a nightmare. Not only was this guy not the mechanic he had 2 jinky guys that worked on it that were highly questionable not to mention the two guys that were working on the vehicle broke the bumper by leaning on it and then they screwed 2 screws to hold it together. Not only that they broke a fresh power steering pump that he claimed was missing a clamp. I had new pump put in a week before. I scheduled some work to be done on the front end suspension of my car. Scheduled a time, and was told that they would be there at 1:00pm, so I took time off of work to make sure I was there. They didn't show up, and I contacted the Tyrone at the company, and was told he was in a car accident. The truck was OK, but he was getting another truck to come out to do the work. Scheduled a time a couple of hours later for them to come and do the work, was getting close to darkness, but was told that they had heavy duty lights and would do the work. The time came and went, and no show, and no communication from Tyrone. Up until the first no-show "accident", communication was very responsive and cordial. As we got closer to the scheduled appointment, the communication disappeared. From reading all of the other reviews, and my experience, do not be enticed by cheap pricing, because the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" I would stay far away from them. I was very fortunate that they actually did not come out and do any work on my vehicle.
