We dropped in with a large party on a Sunday afternoon, and they seated us promptly. Since we'd had a big breakfast, some of us were splitting entrees, some not eating at all. We're not usually *that* group and most restaurants would side-eye us (understandably) but Copper Penny Pub did not. Our waitress was incredibly personable and friendly, and the food was good. The hits for us were the the Rueben, the cheeseburger, and the fries (definitely worth the upcharge over the chips). We didn't wait long and our waitress (I so wish I could remember her name!) kept our drinks refilled. The atmosphere is definitely "pub" but the location was convenient to our historic Hot Springs walk, the AC was kicked up, and they had multiple TVs broadcasting sports. The kids stayed entertained, and It was a great experience!

Please come here.. after being at another BRICKHOUSE that failed on customer service this place deserves praises. I went to the other , name that shall not be mentioned, they denied me a comfortable atmosphere and "free WiFi " that they claimed to have. I walked a few blocked over and entered a great place that I'll come back to when I am back in Arkansas. Sara reminded me of a past time w her accent and Emily was the best! I spent several hours here trying to complete some work on my laptop w working WiFi and never felt rushed out. Irish nachos were great and all the food I saw coming out looks EFFIN GREAT! Kudos to this place truly!

My wife and I stopped in here for a quick bite. Sarah the bartender was so lovely and fun to chat with. We split the fish n chips and it reminded me of how it was over in the UK. I would highly recommend this pub for anyone visiting the downtown Hot Springs area.

Loved the copper penny!! Staff was very friendly. Good pub food. They were out of what we wanted but we found another item. Super clean!! A cool spot!!

The sampler platter. Onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried pickles and French fries. House made ranch, barbecue and honey mustard.

The food was amazing and the ambiance was super cool. We had the sampler appetizers, fried pickles, fried, onion rings and mushrooms. I was pleasantly surprised the mushrooms weren't the typical button ones. The batter wasn't heavy and the sauces were house made and delicious. Hubby got the Guinness sliders and they were so good and the bread was nice and fresh. The house chips is what we picked as that side. We also ordered the fish and chips. These were so good! The breading wasn't heavy, had a really good flavor. Do yourself a favor and snatch some up! The server (Elaina L.) was fantastic! She greeted us, told us what they were out of, and when she took and brought out our order she waited the appropriate time to come check on us. Brought the hubby a fresh tea without skipping a beat. We will come back when we are in the area again!

Overall a 10/10! Food was scrumptious with a homey Irish twist. Environment was friendly, had many TVs for sports viewing, and appreciated the music not being too loud. Service was phenomenal, our server (Elaina) was a sweetheart who informed us of the specials. She was very knowledgeable of the food/drinks. Not to mention incredibly attentive while being slam packed just. The poutine (hard to find sometimes) was well executed with the inclusion of bangers. Reuben tasted as if the corned beef was made in house, so yum! Pro tip: dip the roll in the Mac and cheese beer sauce. Price:$79 for 1 Guinness, 2 cocktails, appetizer and 2 entrees.

The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse

We were a party of 2 that happened to arrive the same time as a party of 8-10 around 8pm. It was dark and our table wasn't really set up for service: there was no night lamp on the table to read the menu and it took forever to get napkins and silverware. We ordered hamburgers, fries and beer. Food was meh. Fries were cold and burger was mediocre at best. We still left a significant tip bc we truly talking w/our server, a Hot Springs local, who ultimately made our experience pleasant. It's nice to sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice. Indoors is loud.

THEN, there's this homeless looking guy standing at the rail outside of the restaurant watching one of the games on TV. There may have been 3 tables occupied in the whole place and at least 20 open. Where does she sit me and my wife? YEP. At the table where the dude is standing. He is 2 feet from us. Only reason I didn't get up and leave is because I knew my wife was hungry and this was the only option and it was already 2pm. I think there were 3 or 4 very young people working in there. I wish I'd taken a picture of the sad little old fashioned I ordered that was 1 ounce of bourbon and some sugar. Two sips and that was gone for $12. Didn't see the waitress for a while so I walked to the bar and got a beer. Can't go wrong there. Beer was fine. We order chicken tenders and french fries to share. Can't go wrong there, right? Wrong! Wrong! The chicken tenders had a funny taste to them and they were rubbery. The fries were fine. So we shared the french fries, finished our drinks, hid the uneaten chicken tenders in the french fries basket so they wouldn't ask any questions, paid the bill and got out of there. Lord have mercy. Can't wait to never go back.

I got the side salad, which was simple, but yummy, and the nachos --- which were huge. It looked like I barely ate anything when I finally told the waitress to take them away. Small beer selection. No craft beer to speak of, but Hot Springs may not be big into craft beer, which is ok. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking to watch a sporting event.

I made fun of it when I read the sign as my father would eat Vienna sausages but this is not that, so good! The pizza is actually really good and it's Chicago traditional not Chicago pie which is thick through out. Had the long count and it was delicious. I added a side meatball to try which was ok, i found it too crumbly and dry but sauce was ok. Only thing didn't care for was the cheesesteak. I guess I had a mind fart and was thinking Philly cheesesteak which I wanted. This is an overstuffed pot roast style sandwich which is not the style I like. Lots of cheese and didn't notice the peppers or mushrooms. The au jus added didn't help the sandwich. The fries were ok the onion rings didn't have flavor. Not a fan of big fried rings. First off, the pizza was absolutely incredible. They call it Chicago-style, but honestly... I lived in Chicago for 14 years, and I can't think of many places there that beat this pizza. We ordered the KO Pizza and it was outrageously good. Perfect crust, loaded with flavor, and the kind of pizza that makes you stop talking for a minute because everyone at the table is too busy eating. The place was packed wall-to-wall, so service took a little while, but it was worth every second of the wait. Honestly, when a restaurant is this busy on a Sunday night before Memorial Day, that usually tells you everything you need to know. Also worth mentioning: I ordered a "small" side salad... which arrived in what appeared to be a family-sized serving bowl. My mom and I ended up splitting it because apparently Rocky's definition of "small" is "feed a softball team." Prices were shockingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. This place is a true Hot Springs institution right across from Oaklawn, and if you've never been, you absolutely need to go. It completely lives up to the nostalgia and hype. And a special shoutout to Jamie the bartender -- infectious smile, bobbing her head to the music while pouring drinks, and bringing such a fun, welcoming energy to the whole place. People like that are part of what makes restaurants memorable. Can't wait to come back.
