Punch

This is your typical pub. Not a lot of people inside so we were served immediately. There was someone singing inside, which we didn't really want to hear, but they stopped two songs into us getting there. I got a punch, but it was ok, not strong. It was your average pub, a place to grab a drink and sit with friends. I won't come back if we do come back to this town.

Damngood BLT and side salad

We went there for dinner and ended up hanging out until 11:30! We sat at the bar because that's where we like to be. The bartender was amazing and so fun. I hate I didn't ask her name. She served us in November when we stopped in for a drink. I had the most amazing BLT! It's named A Damngood BLT and that is no joke. I didn't get the avocado or egg on it and I asked for crispy bacon. I could have made a meal out of just the bacon because there was so much and it tasted like it was seasoned. It's definitely big enough to split between 2 people. The picture doesn't do it justice. My husband had sweet tai chili wings. He couldn't believe how good they were. They have several different flavors but he will stick with that one. Very fun atmosphere. Large dining area and bar with an open dining area. They had a band that consisted of 3 guitar players which was perfect. It wasn't just unbearably loud. They played songs that everyone should know and could sing along with. We will definitely be back when we visit Hot Springs again.

We dropped in with a large party on a Sunday afternoon, and they seated us promptly. Since we'd had a big breakfast, some of us were splitting entrees, some not eating at all. We're not usually *that* group and most restaurants would side-eye us (understandably) but Copper Penny Pub did not. Our waitress was incredibly personable and friendly, and the food was good. The hits for us were the the Rueben, the cheeseburger, and the fries (definitely worth the upcharge over the chips). We didn't wait long and our waitress (I so wish I could remember her name!) kept our drinks refilled. The atmosphere is definitely "pub" but the location was convenient to our historic Hot Springs walk, the AC was kicked up, and they had multiple TVs broadcasting sports. The kids stayed entertained, and It was a great experience!

Please come here.. after being at another BRICKHOUSE that failed on customer service this place deserves praises. I went to the other , name that shall not be mentioned, they denied me a comfortable atmosphere and "free WiFi " that they claimed to have. I walked a few blocked over and entered a great place that I'll come back to when I am back in Arkansas. Sara reminded me of a past time w her accent and Emily was the best! I spent several hours here trying to complete some work on my laptop w working WiFi and never felt rushed out. Irish nachos were great and all the food I saw coming out looks EFFIN GREAT! Kudos to this place truly!

My wife and I stopped in here for a quick bite. Sarah the bartender was so lovely and fun to chat with. We split the fish n chips and it reminded me of how it was over in the UK. I would highly recommend this pub for anyone visiting the downtown Hot Springs area.

Loved the copper penny!! Staff was very friendly. Good pub food. They were out of what we wanted but we found another item. Super clean!! A cool spot!!

The sampler platter. Onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried pickles and French fries. House made ranch, barbecue and honey mustard.

The food was amazing and the ambiance was super cool. We had the sampler appetizers, fried pickles, fried, onion rings and mushrooms. I was pleasantly surprised the mushrooms weren't the typical button ones. The batter wasn't heavy and the sauces were house made and delicious. Hubby got the Guinness sliders and they were so good and the bread was nice and fresh. The house chips is what we picked as that side. We also ordered the fish and chips. These were so good! The breading wasn't heavy, had a really good flavor. Do yourself a favor and snatch some up! The server (Elaina L.) was fantastic! She greeted us, told us what they were out of, and when she took and brought out our order she waited the appropriate time to come check on us. Brought the hubby a fresh tea without skipping a beat. We will come back when we are in the area again!

Overall a 10/10! Food was scrumptious with a homey Irish twist. Environment was friendly, had many TVs for sports viewing, and appreciated the music not being too loud. Service was phenomenal, our server (Elaina) was a sweetheart who informed us of the specials. She was very knowledgeable of the food/drinks. Not to mention incredibly attentive while being slam packed just. The poutine (hard to find sometimes) was well executed with the inclusion of bangers. Reuben tasted as if the corned beef was made in house, so yum! Pro tip: dip the roll in the Mac and cheese beer sauce. Price:$79 for 1 Guinness, 2 cocktails, appetizer and 2 entrees.

Kid and dog friendly - lots of cute dogs around. :) The beer and root beer are the stars of the show, they're brewed with the geothermal spring water - only brewery in the world to do that! The beer was tasty, and some had interesting ingredients like dill, basil, and jalapeño. I did wish they had a non-pickle flavored sour. I'm happy they offer flights to try different varieties! Food was decent, delicious fries and the elote nuggets were to die for. The bacon on my BLT had a nice peppered flavor. We finished off the afternoon with a root beer float which was lovely! They have a little gift shop (really just a small shelving unit) with goodies you can buy, if you're into that at breweries. We picked up some can cozies for $3 a pop!

The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse

Only reason I didn't get up and leave is because I knew my wife was hungry and this was the only option and it was already 2pm. I think there were 3 or 4 very young people working in there. I wish I'd taken a picture of the sad little old fashioned I ordered that was 1 ounce of bourbon and some sugar. Two sips and that was gone for $12. Didn't see the waitress for a while so I walked to the bar and got a beer. Can't go wrong there. Beer was fine. We order chicken tenders and french fries to share. Can't go wrong there, right? Wrong! Wrong! The chicken tenders had a funny taste to them and they were rubbery. The fries were fine. So we shared the french fries, finished our drinks, hid the uneaten chicken tenders in the french fries basket so they wouldn't ask any questions, paid the bill and got out of there. Lord have mercy. Can't wait to never go back.

No craft beer to speak of, but Hot Springs may not be big into craft beer, which is ok. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking to watch a sporting event.
