The man is an artist in metal. Knocked it all out in three hours, just as he had estimated over the phone. He even gave me a spray can of very professional cold galvanizing primer ACE Hardware doesn't carry at no additional charge just to make certain the repair lasts. One man shop, run by a good man who knows what he is doing and offers very fair pricing - a real gem in today's world. I can recommend Rougarou Metal Works without reservation and as 30-year business owner myself, I know what constitutes a pro. Jason is a pro and a really good guy. The office worker was nice enough but when she took me back to review my project with the machinist he could not be bothered with me. Basically saying i should leave and if i wanted to come back some other time to talk to the owner because "he didn't have time." Needless to say i left very frustrated and would not recommend the shop to any of my friends. I do a fair amount of metal work and fabrication and could not believe the way i was treated. This is a definite poor rating.
