I was happy with the work and even recommended him to others. This time, though, was a completely different experience. I needed two outdoor spigots replaced, and he told me it would be $250 per spigot plus parts. Based on that, I expected the total to be somewhere around $500--especially since he mentioned giving me a discount for being a returning customer. So when I got the final bill for $1,000, I was completely caught off guard. If I had known it would be that high, I would have shopped around first. Now, Parker is saying we discussed the pricing beforehand, but that's just not true. At no point did he tell me it was going to cost $1,000. In fact, he said it would be around $500 because of the discount. I appreciate that he got the job done, but I can't ignore how overpriced it was. Not only did I get charged top dollar, but the "discount" he mentioned was nowhere to be found. If you're thinking about hiring him, definitely get a few quotes first so you don't end up in the same situation!

Requested service on a drain trunk for my washing machine in a rental house. The tech came out and…read morelooked at the issue and immediately address that the 1978 plumbing isn't new. He was right, the plumbing is old. He did a quick check on flow and he says the flow is fine and did not need snaked. I had stated to him that Snaking it has fixed it in the past and that normally fixes it for a period of time. he gave me an estimate on snaking the pipe that wasn't that bad. He also suggested that the wall box for the washer needed to be raised. I said that seems like an easy fix and then all went to hell, he started accusing me of arguing with him and then said if I was so smart and wanted to do everything myself there was no reason for him to be there. I had no want to do it myself since this is the reason I called him as this is a rental property that I have been working on for a few days. then he basically went to full yelling . Even going to the point of asking me if I was threatening him. Also said I cannot be from Tennessee because of how I was acting. This tech has a very weird and slight anger trigger that is not good for customers and he had a young boy with him that should never been exposed to this kind of none sense. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and can get some control, as a customer I was very disturbed by his action because a customer should be able to ask a question without verbal assault.
