I should've spoken up but I didn't. I think that the majority of the problem was that the stylist was chatting the entire time with someone else that worked there. She was not paying enough attention to me and hurt me. I contacted the manager who wanted me to return and was only willing to give me that one session on the house. I told her that that wasn't good enough for me and that I wanted my package refunded because I didn't feel comfortable going back. I never heard back after that phone call or the email I sent the company after the fact. In short, I would say proceed with caution. Make sure the person is paying attention and that they show you their markings before they start Threading. I did have one great treatment there but with the horrible customer service and terrible experience being cut in multiple places, I won't be going back. They should have handled this better. The place is clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and this has a more laidback vibe and chill to it. I don't really request for specific therapists but I have seen this place grow, and the therapists I had were all good. One Yelper reviewed tweezing was not asked but maybe it was a once off thing, as I had tweezing done before here to remove the strays. You can also request not to do any tweezing. The only downside is that sometimes the wax bits were not removed fully and I was left with sticky bits on the feet or legs. Some cream or lotion should be provided for customers to remove that ourselves if the therapist missed out. Hard for them to see at times.
