I will say Physical Therapy after this is rough but essential. Up to date Ive had a total of three treatments of physical Therapy at Be Med PT. I have also put in the work, yes the messages are not easy. I want to be honest. However I will say I have been miraculously walking. Where I thought this would be so far away. The thought of getting to walk again at the point that I am at is unthinkable. Let's talk talk about the staff every single person. EVERY SINGLE PERSON is friendly!!! Super accommodating. Have helped me out of my car when I first started, but also challenged me. Very honest, very sweet not only to me but to everyone around me. Attention to detail and explain every single treatment process to the point where I feel knowledgeable to this whole process of recovery. I feel like it's not a business, but more like a family who cares about my well-being and are rooting for me to walk again. Take the time to notice my progress and also when I'm not doing this correctly. Every single person works together, as a team. I've actually managed locations and I will say the amount of real team work between staff is rare, but not here. When one person is working on one patient, the other staff is like " hey you need me to guide this other patient to her next exercise". I don't know if this is also a learning facility, but I see them explaining everything thoroughly. They should be a teaching facility. The way they explain everything detailed and what we are going to do next and giving me/gaining confidence in walking that I feel like I have lost. Saying things like" I know your scared, but you got this you can do it" ," we wouldn't put you in this position if we didn't feel like you were not able to ". Supporting this theory with medical (meaning doctors and their experience). They notice when I'm scared and push me to go a lil stronger up to my ability of course. Over the course of 10 visits , they taught me some really cool stretches and weight bearing excersises that I could do at home on a regular basis to help heal the tendon. Ironically, I had to follow that up with 2 foot surgeries so continued my pleasant visits at this location, learning how to heal quicker and gain back my mobility and strength. They also taught my husband how to fix his posture and the results were almost instant (although he has to keep up the moves on a regular basis to maintain the results).
