The "hot" food would be pizzas and pastas which you are welcome to heat up in the microwave and the cold foods range from sandwiches and wraps and salads to yummy desserts and drinks. There is an inordinate amount of salty snack goodness and sweet chocolaty temptation so make your selections judiciously and get out alive, so that you can eat your purchases in a leisurely fashion in T3 before checking in and going through security. Not a lot of choices in that terminal, either airside or security side, so M&S is your best bet, now that it's been fully built. You won't wait more than 5 minutes in line.
