Hubby and I came in for date night! We had a reservation, but ended up walking in instead since I was able to get off work early. Luckily it wasn't too busy and we were seated within 5 minutes. Hostess was organized and got everyone taken care of quickly. Started with a cocktail and Rockefeller oysters. The crème brûlée mojito tasted like a sweet caramel latte--definitely on the sweeter side. The oysters were delicious (hard to go wrong there). For mains, I devoured the linguine--loved the mushrooms in the sauce, super flavorful. We also shared the Brussels sprouts, which we've had before and loved, but this time they were pretty soggy and overly sauced, with the balsamic a bit overpowering. Shoutout to Maria, our server--she was phenomenal. Super attentive, guest-focused, and genuinely on top of everything without being intrusive. She made sure every table around us was taken care of, checked in at the right times, and even noticed we barely touched the Brussels. This restaurant is in the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. We had dinner reservations at 6;30 for 4. We got there about 15 minutes early and signed in. Long story short we weren't seated until about 7:15 and a couple diners who also had 6;30 reservations were seated well before us. We ordered the Coraline's salad and shrimp cocktail, corn bread and an Old Poetic cocktail. We did get a table where one person could see the water outside but that was it. The food was okay, Hannah was a very busy but good server. If we ever go back to Biloxi we'd find another place to eat, even if we go to the casino to gamble. read more

We had a top notch experience at Coraline's for our anniversary dinner on New Year's Eve. We had reservations and were promptly seated after checking in. The hostess graciously handed us a card for our anniversary which I thought was very sweet. The restaurant was gorgeous and felt very inviting. The staff is absolutely amazing and our server Alex was one of the most pleasant and attentive servers we've ever experienced! The show stopper was the Tuna Poke Tostado. Mouth watering and hands down the best I've ever had. I wanted to drink the sauce. So good! The deviled eggs and oysters Rockefeller were very good too but nothing tops that Poke. The Gulf Shrimp were seasoned perfectly and were delicious. My only complaint would be that I wanted more of the grits but that is a personal gripe. Outstanding! We started with the seafood stuffed fried green tomatoes and they were excellent. Wife had the shrimp and grits and she really enjoyed it. I went with the Snapper Caroline's and that was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. The thicker Snapper filet was the game changer and it was cooked perfectly. We first got greeted by the host who was courteous and prompt. The atmosphere was fantastic and our waiter Hayden walked us to our table and was present the entire time along with Luis who was helping him. The Manager Sarah was visiting every table and was constantly asking how everything was and if she could help. On top of that, the appetizers (oysters) were amazing, the steak entrees were amazing and the desert was the best I've had in a long time. A fairly new addition to the restaurants at the Beau Rivage. It is fine dining (although our casual dress was not a concern) and pricy but a great choice for any occasion. I started with a glass of Reisling from the Mosel region that was very nice. They have a list of wines available by the glass and those that are by the bottle. This sweet, fruity choice was reasonably priced and very good. The couple next to us were celebrating their anniversary but were non drinkers so they offered their free champagne to me. It was a surprisingly nice bubbly for their complimentary. As an appetizer, I had a bowl of their crawfish bisque. It had a nice little kick to it and there was tender crawfish in every bite; an excellent flavor. For the main course I chose the Coraline Snapper. It was a generous portion of snapper served on asparagus and potatoes with a rich white wine sauce. It was one of those situations where you really wanted to like the plate but have just enough decorum to refrain. We ordered a side of fried okra that was enough for at least 3-4 people. The batter was more like a panko, very light and crispy. It was fried perfectly, not over salted (if at all) and was delicious. Pricey, Yes... But Absolutely Worth It If you're dining at Coraline's inside the Beau Rivage, prepare yourself--for two things: 1) to spend about $100 per person, and 2) to have an absolutely outstanding meal. This is not your average casino restaurant. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well prepared and beautifully presented. The level of culinary expertise here is clear--the chefs are truly among the best in the business. The standout of the night--and honestly, one of the best appetizers I've ever had--was the blue crab claw dish. The batter was incredibly light and crisp, not greasy at all, and full of flavor. Paired with a rich, creamy remoulade sauce, it was unforgettable. We're still talking about it and already dreaming of going back just for that. I had the grouper entrée, which was beautifully cooked and full of flavor. Every element on the plate complemented the fish perfectly, showing real attention to detail and skill in the kitchen. The only dish that didn't blow us away was the crawfish bisque--and even then, it was still very good. It just didn't quite rise to the same level as the rest of the meal. Yes, it's a splurge--but if you're looking to treat yourself to a top-tier dining experience in Biloxi, Coraline's should be at the top of your list. Where do I start? We went to Coraline's two of the three nights we spent in Biloxi. First off, it was absolutely stunning. Second, the staff was perfection. Third, food and drinks were beyond. Behind the bar, we had Myles, Ashton, Wren and Nick. They were professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at their work. This is a winning team through and through. On night one (a Friday), it was pretty quiet, and we went for dessert and espresso martinis. We got seats at the bar, and our drinks were delicious and beautiful. Myles even asked if I preferred my martini creamy or not, and I was thrilled, because I don't love a creamy espresso martini. I wasn't super hungry, so when my husband ordered the hummingbird cheesecake brûlée, I wasn't super enthused. There was a brownie sundae on the menu, and Myles heard me say I just felt like ice cream, so he offered to bring me a scoop - I got raspberry and it was fresh and so flavorful! Yum! On Sunday night, we wanted to sit at the bar again, and order appetizers. It was a little busier, but we got in right before the crowd. Go us! This time, he had a dirty martini and I went for the old-fashioned. Divine. We order the tuna tostado (which was presented on the most beautiful crystal oyster plate), and it was one of the most delicious things I've eaten. We also had the mushroom, stuffed with seafood, beurre blanc, and blackened shrimp. It could have used a little more sauce, but the flavors were great. And we also had the hush puppies, which were full of crawfish and came with a creole dipping sauce that was delicious! My husband had wanted oysters, but the ones that came 1/2 dozen to an order weren't flavors I really liked. However, I overheard another customer ask about the chargrilled variety, which came in a dozen. The bartender said they could do a half dozen so we ordered it that way. I had one (and they were phenomenal), and everyone was happy. We stepped away to explore the rest of the casino and came back for more espresso martinis. I ended up switching to a chocolate martini because I saw one being made and it was gorgeous. And phenomenal. All the stars. We had the best time and dining experience. read more

Perfectly balanced, smooth, and beautifully presented--it set the tone for a great meal. To start, I ordered the hush puppies, which were absolutely fantastic. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and just the right amount of spice. Easily enough to share, though you might not want to! For my entrée, I chose the redfish, which was unlike any redfish I've had before. It came as a thicker steak-style cut, topped with a crispy exterior and surrounded by an incredible Cajun sauce that brought the dish to life. I requested mashed potatoes instead of the standard side, but substitutions weren't allowed with this dish--still, the flavors made up for it. Tables and seat spacing were also nice, we were given a round booth with plush seating. Sara was our server, she was amazing and attentive the whole night. We ordered drinks, I won't spend too much time on that because everyone's preference on drinks varies. I did order the espresso martini and it was delicious. We started off with four appetizers, the Tuna poke, oyster sampler, fried green tomatoes, and stuffed mushroom. All were excellent! Great sharing serving sizes. I'm not a big fan of fried green tomatoes, but this place changed my mind on that. The tuna was fantastic and you can instantly tell that it's fresh. For entrees, we ordered the special- two sea-bass dishes, a filet mignon, and redfish. The default sides served with it were whipped mashed potatoes, broccolini and/or asparagus. We ordered an additional side of sweet potatoes and corn casserole. I would pass on the corn casserole, dry and just tasted like plain cornbread to us. The Sea-bass was buttery soft and packed with so much flavor! I will dream about that dish. The steak was cooked to perfection and also cut like butter. We were told the redfish was a popular dish and we could see why. All portion sizes were great and we left more than full and satisfied. Our reserved table turned out to be a table for 4 against the wall directly next to the rather loud server's station with our table set cafeteria style side/side. We asked to be moved to one of the several open tables for two, which the server promptly did, but overall service was extremely slow, taking over an hour to receive our order, two hours later we finally were able to sign our bill and exit the nearly empty restaurant at this point. That said the food was outstanding once it finally arrived, and the single cocktails we did have was delicious although we were never asked if would like another. Had dinner there three days in a row. Ate at the bar each time. Reservations were booked solid. They had only been open 5 days and I have to say they are off to a good start. Just a few little comments but overall wonderful. The Royal Reds were my favorite. Better than lobster. Perfectly cooked and very large. Served with garlic butter. They were fantastic. We had the char grilled oysters all three nights. I don't think they were charred but very good. My only critique would be to serve with warm bread. They served two stale pieces of Italian bread which were not enough to soak up the delicious juices. That was our biggest complaint was no bread service. All three nights most customers said the same thing. There were so many great sauces and nothing to soak them up with. We had the grouper night two. I will say extremely over priced for a small piece of fish and a handful of greens. $58. But it was delicious and the caper sauce was great. But again no bread to soak up the delicious sauce. The deviled crab dip was very good but was more of a soup than a dip. If a dip then it should have been thicker as is fell right off the crackers it was served with. Bread would have been a better choice or even toast points. Drinks were fabulous Only comment would be to add a few drops of vanilla to the crème brûlée martini. It needed it. And no bubbles on the strawberry martini. They tasted terrible but the drink was good in itself. We also had a couple glasses of "house" white Chardonnay. At $19 a glass we were shocked as it wasn't disclosed up front. That seems a bit pricey for a house wine. The highlight of the restaurant was Ashton the bartender. Experienced entertaining and made sure everything was perfect. He is going to keep customers coming back. We loved it overall and would go back a dozen more times. A suggestion would be to take reservations for the bar. At first come first serve it's uncomfortable to have people waiting behind you to pounce on your chair and you feel rushed. read more

We came for dinner on a Sunday evening. It was our second time to dine a Coraline's. We requested Jason and he was great ! I had the Romaine salad and my wife had the wedge. We both preferred the Romaine salad and the dressing was far superior. My wife had King Clip which came with crab meat and grilled shrimp, it was excellent. I had the Snapper Coraline, which was good but nothing special - I would not recommend. We shared the bread pudding with raspberry sorbet for dessert and it was fantastic. Overall a great meal. The restaurant has little in the way of sound dampening, so it rends to be very noisy. We will be back on our next visit. read more

Where do I begin.. Ordered a mid rare steak.. it came out over medium., with a smear of potatoes and burnt asparagus. I would have complained to my waiter and sent it back but I never saw him, after 15 minutes of waiting I just ate it because I was hungry and my date was already almost done with her food. I also got a scallop on the side, and that was good. My dessert was good, hummingbird creme brûlée cheesecake, But to spend $70 on a steak that was overcooked with barely any potatoes and 3 burnt asparagus is outrageous.. never even got a refill on my drink in the 45 minutes I was there due to my waiter bring non existent.. don't think I'll return. read more

On my recent Biloxi trip, we stopped by on a Monday evening, the reservations were for 8PM Monday, checked in 10 minutes early, and waited. While were were waiting, a couple comes up, says that they have no reservations, and were told they didn't need to have a reservation for a table - they were seated right away. 8:10 we get called, with an apology for the wait I started with the oyster sampler, and had the Yellowfin for my main. For the oysters, 3 of the 6 had shell bits under the topping - that seemed a little high, but I get that it's a process done by hand, and it can happen. Pretty good flavor profiles, I liked the 875 style the best For the Tuna - I was disappointed in the size of the dish for just under $50. The dish size was smaller that the appetizer plate with 6 oysters. The Tuna was obviously high quality - but I don't think I would order the dish again I did try the bread pudding, as the entre left me wanting more. Another mistake for me, the desert was just over the top sweet One last not, while the ambiance is nice in the restaurant, they need to fix their dimmer switches. The celling lights, hanging down by the windows over looking the gulf, they were pulsing all night long. brighter for a second, then dimming back down, only to repeat every 10-15 seconds, all night long I don't see another visit to Coraline's, with so many small misses, and all of the options that exist in the area - it's not worth it read more
