Been working with attorney Hazen for a while now. To say my divorce has been long, messy and drawn…read moreout would be an understatement but Ms Hazen has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I don't know what I would have done, or do, without all of her and her team's help and support. I have put full trust in her and she does not disappoint!

I would NOT recommend this firm…read more My experience with Rhonda's representation made an already difficult process even more stressful and unnecessarily complicated. Here are some points to consider. *You will want to have a lot of stamina and time. *Allow yourself time to create/revise a strategy and timeline. You will need to think outside the box. Rhonda will not have the time nor will she make your case a priority. Consider taking a course and researching your rights and laws as they pertain to a divorce, separation, property, pre-ups, maintenance etc. * Edit ALL documents for errors in spelling, dates and other critical information. Before documents are sent on your behalf ask for prior review. This allows you to make certain the agreed guidelines for the timeline & strategy are being followed. *Be on the lookout for consistency and duplicate emails sent by other people on her team. Many people will be working on your case so you might be paying for it twice. *Keep a detailed log so you can review all billing and related documents. Buckle up, the last bill will be significantly more than you expected. *Know that there will be "0" financial allowances in pricing for her or her team's consistent errors. *If you want creative solutions to settlements you will have to create them yourself, as her team is busy and she is not interested in getting you the best settlement. *Then prepare yourself for changes in representation at the final hearing. You might find yourself at the last minute with someone you have asked not to work on your case. This person will need to be brought up to speed, at your expense. Do not alarmed, she will let you know of this change "after hours" on Thursday night, when she is out of the office on Friday, and your hearing is on Monday. *This process will be a time consuming, demeaning and an unprofessional experience no matter what the outcome. * If you consider your time valuable you may want to bill her for your oversight of "your" case. *Finally, if you raise these or other concerns, be prepared for the response to feel more like a personal attack than a professional discussion, even though you are the client and are paying for the service. GOD speed.
