While traveling, the liner of one boot slipped, bunched up in a knot, and it was like walking with an iron bar under the bottom of your foot. When I got back to Paris, needed a quick repair as I had another out-of-town trip planned in two days. Cordonnerie Jacques to the rescue ... they heard my sob story and got my boots back to me in 24 hours. They feel better than they did when I bought them!

The service is absolutely terrible, the woman behind the counter is extremely and totally impolite, she acts like she is completely above you and doesn't even look at you. I gave them a pair of shoes that took them more than 4 months to repair, a minor thing, and my shoes were ruined... And they were one of my favourite CL pairs! This is such a waist, please stay away! Maybe, if the management considers changing the current staff, things may change.
