I am not afraid to say that when this location first opened, I was underwhelmed to say the least…read more Prices and selection were always really good for the area but the original staff lacked any customer service skills and always made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even entering the store. However, a month or so ago, I went in because I needed a vape and was already in that shopping mall. To my pleasant surprise, a young man named Abe was there and he had the very best customer service skills. It was a pleasure doing business with him! Tonight, again in the area needing a new vape, hoping that Abe would still be working there, I decided to take my business there again. Abe was not there, but a young man named Jay was there and met that same level of friendliness and customer service I had previously received with Abe. He was already out front, not hiding out back. He stood right up as I walked in, greeting me with a smile and offering friendly help. I was again quite impressed with his level of customer service, especially during this new era where really good customer service has seemed to go by the way side. Whoever the manager or owner is of this particular location, I give you kudos in hiring and training some outstanding employees these past few months. And beyond that, thank you to both Abe and Jay for both being humans exhibiting great energy and a joy to do business with!

This is a nice, compact smoke shop. There are cigarettes and the like behind the counter and soft…read moredrinks in the cooler, if that's what you're there for. If you're in search of a nice cigar, the glassed-in (but not locked! Huzzah!) humidor spans the length of the shop. Here you'll find your Fuente, your Punch, your Cohiba, your Romeo y Julieta, but also some lower-priced brands. I have picked up a few gems here on a low budget. There is reasonable size diversity here, although not all brands have the full line available, as seems to be common in tobacco shops--especially those with limited space. In fairness, though, selling cigars is an expensive trade, no thanks to taxes and regulations. Most tobacconists have to be pretty conservative about their overhead in this day and age, and this is a smaller shop. There is coffee available in urns, although I haven't tried it because they only seem to make it on demand (fair enough) and aren't particularly eager to make a whole new one after five, which is when I usually pass by there after work. The gentleman I've seen at the counter every time is cordial, although you'll obviously need to hurry up at the cash register if you have a line of people behind you waiting to buy lottery tickets. After you've paid, though, you're welcome to stick around and smoke, as there are several plastic tables with chairs in the less busy area toward the back of the store. This store is located in the Austintown Plaza on Mahoning Avenue, west of Route 11. Be forewarned that there seems to be one main exit from the whole place (and it's not a small plaza), and since Mahoning Avenue is a busy street it has a long light, so if you are pressed for time you might want to hold off for another day. Additionally, since this shop is part of a strip mall, parking might not supremely easy to find. Do make the trip if you can, though, because the cigars and the overall experience will be well worth your while.

Used to be a dedicated patron to this establishment…read more.. However the ignorant male old person behind the counter flipped out because I was not wearing a mask...... Masks are NOT legal nor are they required.... Was about to spend $250 on two boxes of cigars.... But never again will I step foot into this establishment.....EVER AGAIN..... Many of my local friends will not go there now either.... Never have I been treated so ignorantly......
