Neither of them could speak english and we just stared at each other because he couldn't tell me how he wanted to be paid. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians seem oblivious to what is going on. I wrote a check and sent the guy on his way. My fault, and a lesson learned because I just cannot tolerate having people in my house working that can't answer questions or concerns and can't even tell me how they need to be paid. I was told they would be placed in an on-site POD on property. They were not, instead they were placed in a non-climate controlled storage, WITHOUT my permission.
