I ended up left with my hair half done and she did not apologize or offer to finish it another time. she refunded me but had literally gone crazy on me because she was frustrated by the situation she created. They can turn out artistry on my nails in under 90 mins every time guaranteed no matter how complicated the designs I come up with. They also suggest ideas when I'm stuck on designs. Their pedicures are a super relaxing experience with their massage chairs and leg massages a must try service. They also have a massive range of colors and seem to get more regularly. My only complaint is the recent price increases. They did warn customers about upcoming price increases but they're getting really out of hand. On average it costs me $40 more per manicure now than it did before and they only claimed $5 price increases. They charge $5 per broken nail during a fill and a variety of other extra charges so you never know anymore if you're paying $80 to $120 when you want to do designs. It's very frustrating as a loyal regular client.

After trying out a lot of different…read moresalons with not the best results, and the fact that my Barbers were quite busy that day, I figured it's in the Coast Hotel, it's a longstanding Salon, so I walked in to make an appointment and check them out. Luckily I showed up when there was an availability right then. so I got shampooed and conditioned then off to the chair for one of the most amazing haircuts I've received! the staff is always professional and friendly. I had seen the Salon up for sale prior to this appointment so I was kinda nervous. However, I found out that the super-friendly Lady that was cutting my hair was the owner, who has at least minimum 2 years education. The business was very clean, tidy, and well set up. My hair was not just cut evenly it had an updated style to it. which is very rare for me to go somewhere that gives a good haircut, but cuts it in a way that it has a new trendy style! I was very impressed. The only reason that prevented me from returning here often enough was my hectic schedule while in Prince George, and that I now reside in Vancouver. As I was busy at work, also preparing, and saving for school I never got to relax much in PG. I regret not being able to drop in for a cut as often as I wanted to. The owner helps to train the stylists, she hires great people! I miss the Pepper Tree. The hotel where the salon is locate is a 4 stars establishment, which is realy good for a city like Prince George, and there is always security on the hotel premises. Not all the hotel staff is friendly, but they try at least, and it's a lot better than most places in a city like PG.
