They can turn out artistry on my nails in under 90 mins every time guaranteed no matter how complicated the designs I come up with. They also suggest ideas when I'm stuck on designs. Their pedicures are a super relaxing experience with their massage chairs and leg massages a must try service. They also have a massive range of colors and seem to get more regularly. My only complaint is the recent price increases. They did warn customers about upcoming price increases but they're getting really out of hand. On average it costs me $40 more per manicure now than it did before and they only claimed $5 price increases. They charge $5 per broken nail during a fill and a variety of other extra charges so you never know anymore if you're paying $80 to $120 when you want to do designs. It's very frustrating as a loyal regular client.

Leyla is not only knowledgeable and competent in her work (keeping up with the latest technologies, effective results, etc.), but also a wonderful person. She's personable, great with communication, patient, sympathetic and strives to understand our needs (my parents don't speak much English so I translate for them), and she really works hard to make sure she achieves what we ask for. To me in particular, what sets her aside is her honesty and integrity in doing business. She also takes care to track your progress all the way, by taking photos and comparing how you are vs. before and explaining things thoroughly everytime. My parents first went to see her to treat their nail and toenail fungal infections, which gave them a lot of discomfort, and she effectively treated them after a few sessions (they have had no issues since). Even after the first session, results were pretty apparent. The other option recommended by the doctor would have been medication/surgery, which was highly undesirable and which led me to search for alternatives online. Afterwards, my mom decided to try Leyla's other beauty services, such as IPL and Genesis. The results have been very effective, noticeable - my mom is in her mid-fifties but everyone thinks she's about 10 years younger. Her skin is now looking supple, youthful, glowing. It's no longer puffy, the brown spots and wrinkles have vanished a lot, etc. Her complexion always gets compliments and her face has also noticeably slimmed down (tightened up?). I realize that I can go on and on about how much I love Leyla's work; I swear I'm not a company spokesperson lol (just a fan who's experienced what she can do). I am 30 and just started receiving treatments after seeing my mom's results. Leyla got rid of the brown spots I had, uses a "vacuuming" technology to clean my face and especially my nose area (I'm more oily/combination with larger pores and tend to get whiteheads, etc.) and my face looks clear, smaller and youthful as others have pointed out. A lot of Leyla's products are also decently priced and great to use. I use a serum and a tinted moisturizer from her that I swear by, as they don't break me out like other products but very effective. I'm glad I found out about Total Body Laser all the way back through Groupon. I highly recommend, obviously. Thanks very much, Leyla!

I found out about this shop from friends and thought I would give them a try. Wow what a diffrence, my older piercings a feeling and looking much better. So I had John do a few more for me, They are healing much better and quicker than the other piercings I had done "else where". My advice if you want it done right the first time, see John and you will be surprized at how good this guy is. The jewellery is great and the service is excellent..... She does an absolutely beautiful job as you can see in the photo and on her Facebook and instagram pages. She can different styles which is really nice. And her lashes lasttttt! Which is so important! She always tells you how to take care of your lashes and if you do what she says they last until next appointment she also has really amazing smelling sprays so it's like a little aromatherapy while you relax on the table. Very comfortable table too. I also find it really important that she gives back to the community volunteering her services to women in need Lastly my new favourite face masks are found in her shop. She provided relaxing facial services or take home facial masks which are easy to mix and easy to rinse or peel off depending on which one you use. Highly recommend this salon.
