Very difficult to actually schedule an appointment, and even once scheduled & confirmed, they don't show up. They also stop answering voicemails and texts to inquire as to what is going on. No way to contact company other then a phone line they don't answer. Don't buy any of the coupons they have in multiple sites

Company was a no show on multiple occasions and wouldn't return calls (when you were able to leave a message, which was almost never) I purchased a coupon for one couch cleaning. At first, I spoke to a person and got an appointment for the same day. But they didn't arrive. 6 hours later (9:30 pm waking my sleeping baby) some dude arrived on my porch to tell me he was running behind that day and would be at my house 8:00 the next day. He didn't show up. From this point on, it was impossible to reach the company. If you could leave a voicemail, it wasn't returned. Then the voicemail was full and if you were "lucky", you'd get a passive aggressive text back demanding who you were and what you wanted. This company may be ok if you're not using the coupon, but I wouldn't waste your money if you see if on them on any of the sites. read more

We purchased carpet cleaning through Groupon and after a few unanswered phone calls we were finally able to schedule an appointment for 2:30 pm on September 29. The evening before we received a text from "Corey" indicating he would be by between 5 and 7 pm. He never arrived and he never called to tell us he could not make it. When we sent a text to ask what happened there was a weak excuse about leaving his phone at home and when asked when he could reschedule he said next available appointment......no date or time. When pressed further he began a litany of profanity via text that shocked me like I have never been shocked before. This was by far the worst customer experience I have had in all my 59 years.
