The young woman who helped me with the design of the arrangement was knowledgeable even though she was not comfortable with taking full responsibility for making the final flower arrangement. When she reached the final choice of flowers for the design she didn't hesitate to call for help from the more experienced shop owner. Ordered flowers from this shop for a dearest friend of ours for her birthday. Soooooo disappointed with this business. The bouquet of flowers we ordered was not anywhere near the one they delivered! Look at these??? Please tell me if these arrangement even cost $95? With the delivery fee and tax it ends up at $115! The bouquets of flowers you get from WholeFoods for $29.99 are even prettier and nicer than this!!! read more

very disappointed! I ordered this specifically for the "smiley face container." What the person received was just a plain basket. I called and was rudely told, "Well we can't deliver what we don't have." Then maybe don't advertise it! I would have never ordered this the way it arrived. At the very least, I would have expected a phone call to tell me the container was not available and been given the opportunity to either cancel the order or order something different. I was not offered any sort of credit or refund, only a "Sorry. we'll do better next time." There won't be a next time from me. read more

Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentines. I was very disappointed in the quality of what we received. I know online arrangement pics will always differ some from what is delivered but what they sent looked NOTHING like what I wanted. I did not care for the vase with hearts, I wanted something elegant. The flowers looked like they were just dropped in the vase with no arranging, the first clue was how the greenery was in one big clump in the back of the flowers as if someone divided out the right amount but forgot to distribute. I used another florist last year that sent a beautiful arrangement, I will use them again next year. I did contact the business and was offered an apology. read more

I would give less if possible. My Cousin passed and Allyson provided the worst service. Since we are from a different state I guess she thought keeping her word did not matter. Small, locally owned business that provides excellent customer service. I ordered by phone a hospital arrangement for a man who is someone else's husband. I requested no roses, nothing pink, gave a modest price range, and a time for me to pick it up. (They deliver, but I was going and wanted to take it myself.) The arrangement i got was a wonderfully balanced, very bold, mixture of sunflowers, deep purple lillies, and deep red and pale blue freesia. It was both fragrant and masculine (something many florists fail to do). My friend's husband defended it from ladies who tried to claim it, saying, "Heck no! These are MY flowers." In a nutshell, I got a perfect arrangement, for a very reasonable price, prepared in an hour by people who were polite, and know how to treat customers well. read more
