I have been with corner place surgery for over 20 yrs. I have always had very kind and considerate service both from receptionists and doctors. I have on occasion had to ask for a home visit and it has been prompt and reassuring.Whoever posted that bad review must have lived in Belgravia and had a private Harley Street doctor at some time . This is a very badly run place and seems to be in the 19th century. A few of the Doctors are caring and try but they are not supported by a decent infrastructure, both managerial and physical. The building should have been pulled down many years ago but has expanded again and again. Going through the door in to the Reception is enough to make you feel ill, many people call it 'the cattle market' and I can see why. A couple of the Receptionists try but some of the others are plain rude and think they are medically trained. I have been to Doctors in Malta and Cyprus and they are far superior. If you are ill don't go here! read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, you can easily get an appointment with a GP if you ring early enough. Late opening hours on Mondays, counsellor and carers' support available. Midwife and stop smoking services on offer too. Situated in the centre of town, easily accessible, but they have a patient transport service too if you have difficulty getting to the surgery. read more
