They are not prompt in calculating services, they do not respond with agreed services for weeks and even months despite numerous voicemails and emails. They overcharge for their services and I highly recommend against hiring this firm, in any location. They have consistently proven that they are concerned with the money charged minus the customer service. They sell themselves, to attain you as a client, as wealth building advisors, along with accountants but they do not follow through with that, I assure you. Horrible, horrible firm.
