Potato Salad, Corn Salad and Red onions & Dill pickles, scratch beef ribs and pork ribs with Cornerstone's BBQ Sauce
    Christina H.

I cannot speak to the Redlands of Yucaipa locations but Beaumont will be my forever home. And, I waited four years for this location to reopen and they totally exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but 5,000,000 stars to rate every possible question I could answer for this review. The food is off the chain and the flavors and textures are phenomenal. We had brisket that melted in your mouth, sausages with pleasant jalapeño heat, scrumptious creamy potato salad with chunks of bacon and dill, hard boiled eggs and mayo, corn salad and my favorite side dish: dill pickles and red onions pickled in apple cider vinegar. Run. Don't walk to this place. It will restore your faith in humanity. UPDATE: For Mothers Day I ordered all three of the same sides for our family party. I mistakenly ordered from their catering staff which was unnecessary and more costly. Hubby went to the Beaumont location and was told the catering building was at a different site. Staff were extraordinary and prepared an order for us right there and threw in many extras taking our experience and gratitude to a whole other level. Our heartfelt thanks to Diane who hooked us up. We are grateful for your assistance with a situation that could have gone in so many directions.

This is our go to spot whenever we have friends visiting! We love the barbecue and we're excited that they moved to a restaurant style location, where we can bring family and friends! We came for brunch and wanted to try new things. My partner got that Chilaquiles Verde and I got the French toast. My partners loved how that Chilaquiles had a kick and thought it was great it had brisket on the side. I thought the French toast were extremely underwhelming. The canned fruit on top in syrup made it overly sweet an artificial. Fresh fruit would have made the dish so much better. Of course, breakfast burrito and meat fries are the go to. We had to get those too! It was about $90 before tip. Overall, stick to the savory. Get the meat fries and breakfast burritos!!! We will be back for them!

What a little surprise on our way to AZ. We were looking for a fast food place to just get something to eat on the road. My son found this place and we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we didn't stop by a fast food place. Not much of detour. Like 3 min away once you get off the freeway. You can smell the bbq right when you get out your car! We were welcomed right when we walked in. Everyone was super friendly. The restaurant was nice with a cowboy theme to it. We all tried something different. BBQ BREAKFAST BURRITO $16.50 Scrambled eggs, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and fries My daughter got the pulled pork burrito with home fried potatoes instead of the fries. She loved it! The pulled pork was tender and packed with flavor. BBQ BREAKFAST SANDWICH pork belly $14.99, Bacon $13.99 Brioche buns with scrambled eggs & cheddar cheese, your choice of protein, served with home-style potatoes or hash browns. My son got the pork belly breakfast sandwich. Omg, the pork belly was amazing! So good. I got the bacon breakfast sandwich. Ok, I did enjoy my sandwich. But I'm not going to lie. I was a little let down. I was expecting thick cut bacon. Something with a smoked bbq flavor. What I got was regular thin sliced bacon. After tasting the pork belly and brisket. The bacon wasn't the right choice I should've made. BBQ CHILAQUILES $23.50 brisket Tortilla chips, smothered in green sauce, served with your choice of eggs, sour, cream cotija cheese, My husband got the chili verde chilaquiles with the brisket. Now that brisket was amazing. So tender and flavorful. It pulled apart so easily. FRENCH TOAST $12.00 2 french toast, butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup and whipped cream The French toast was ok. My daughter asked for no maple syrup and they didn't put it on. But they also didn't put the whipped cream either or powder sugar on it, So they looked kinda plain. It was also kinda dry. And if there wasn't any of the fruit with syrup on it, the French toast would've been really dry. Overall this bbq restaurant meat was really good. And I would definitely come back and try their lunch/dinner menu items. Pros: Nice and welcoming Clean bathrooms Food came out fast Cons: No sugar free syrup (For diabetics) And just my personal preference (No thick cut bacon)

This BBQ shop inside the Redlands public market is outstanding! Great service, carefully crafted bbq, and reasonable prices. I'm not a huge meat eater but I got drawn by the delicious smokey aroma coming from Cornerstone. I decided to get their kids meal, which consisted of a brisket slider and mac and cheese. It ended up being the perfect portion for me. The slider had a juicy hamburger patty with tender pieces of brisket and grilled onions. There was also a stack of pickles on the side. Now the Mac n Cheese deserves its own review. This is the best one I've ever tasted. Cheesy, buttery, and smokey. So much umami. I highly recommend.

It's a good little small chain barbecue place. We went with a large family platter I would suggest go with the pulled pork and chicken those two were my favorite. As for the sides the corn was good as was the beans. Curious about trying the mac and cheese as that's kind of a telltale sign of a good barbecue restaurant in addition to the flavors on the proteins as well. The chicken had a good barbecue to it and a sweetness and don't forget to use the sauces on the table. Place is a little small so keep that in mind if you plan to go during busy times or on weekends although there is outside seating and plenty of parking lot parking. Staff was nice enough and accommodating and you could even look into the kitchen from the dining area. All in all we spent about $120 might steer away from the coleslaw Could use some more flavor and sauce.

Came here for a nice dinner with my parents and it was DELICIOUS!!!! All the meats were incredibly tender and smoky. My favorite was the brisket! The sides were also perfect. I loved the Mac and cheese, and the baked beans were so good. My parents had no complaints about their food. They said that they loved this place and would love to go again. Only thing I have to say is that I wish they paid attention to the orders a little more because they forgot some of the sides and we had to remind them. But other than that, this place is a 100/10.

First time to this one & a frequent to Redlands location. Server was friendly. Location was nice but definitely not as clean! 5/10 Mac&Cheese 1/10. No flavor, not hot and just not good. Tri tip burrito had an extra charge for some reason but it was good. 8/10. Bbq sauces were very watery and all the caps were sticky and dirty. Also, we sat on the patio and there was a ton of flies. I'm wondering if maybe a zapper or something could be added to contain that. We had to keep chasing them away and it was very unpleasant. Eggs Benedict plate was not good. Not very hot and just very bland. 3/10.

INCREDIBLE! We were driving through from LA back to Arizona and decided to stop by for dinner and it was perfect! You can tell you're gonna get a great meal right when you walk in because it smelled amazing! Lots of meat options, and I opted for the taco trio which has chicken pork and brisket and it was SOOO yummy! They gave us a few bbq sauces to add as well and all of them tasted fantastic. Also has the Brussels as an appetizer and it was so delicious. Highly recommend this place! There's plenty of seating and the servers are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. 10/10

    Meat Fries with burnt ends

There were some pros and some cons for this establishment. First off the parking is limited and a tight squeeze, this was our first visit and we couldn't even be welcomed by one employee even though many walked past us, made eye contact and walked away. So we stood waiting by the door for probably a good 5 minutes before I flagged someone down. I do not like doing this as it makes it seem you don't want my business. There was one employee in particular that came to the front check in, looked at us, grabbed napkins and turned around and walked off without a word. When she came back the second time, I inquired where we could do a takeout order and she vaguely points to the back wall and was like "over there" ... maybe put some signs up as we aren't familiar with your restaurant/set up. Saving grace was Jackie who was super sweet and helpful when she took our order, as well as the girl that brought us out our food. My husband enjoyed his loaded fries with burnt ends, I loved the brisket, it was so juicy and tender. The pork belly was just ok, a lot of fat and a little flavor. The Mac and cheese had some kind of seasoning in it that gave it a little kick which I enjoyed, but it was a little clumpy and not so smooth. The coleslaw was flavorless and I don't recommend the banana pudding which came in a little snack sized plastic cup with like a scoop of pudding for $7+ was not worth it. All in all, we would be back and know what to avoid next visit.

Pork ribs were delicious, moist and well seasoned. Got there at 4pm, brisket wasn't drippin like the ribs were & I was hoping I'd get some melt in your mouth brisket. Sometime it's hit or miss depending on how long the briskets have been holding. Maybe next time in town I can get there before lunch service. Sausages had great spice, not too firm and super rich. Mac/ cheese was dry & needs some work. The yellow bbq sauce was fire!

Our 1st time here and we will definitely be back. From the minute we walked in, we were immediately greeted and seated. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely finger licking good. We had a variety of items, from tri-tip, chicken, ribs, Mac and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, corn bread and let me tell you.... not one complaint. If you have not tried this place, you have no idea, i promise you, you will NOT regret it. Oh I must not forget the peach cobbler and vanilla pudding that we ordered to go, thank you bunches to all staff for an outstanding service. Very clean and welcoming environment. A+

On the way to AZ we found this BBQ spot. We love finding little local places instead of rest stop fast food all the time. Got a pulled pork sandwich and a smash burger. I was surprised by how delicious the smash burger was. The coleslaw on the sandwich was also amazing. The staff there let us try the different types of meat, all of them very tasty. Their sauces are on point. I highly recommend the mustard based one. They do mainly take out, but we were able to sit on one of their tables right in front of the restaurant.

I could write a long time. But start with authenticity. Their own salsa which they are quiet free with. Quality fresh tortillas, that you can smell the corn...mmmm, and some from Mexico. They have a meat counter and their prices are competitive with the meat looking really good, some is in their own marinade. Speaking with the owner he said they would make anything to our request. He proved it by cutting up a fresh unseasoned chicken breast to make a burrito for my wife who does not eat seasoning on chicken. Darn burrito weighed about a pound. The street tacos, choice of meat, ???? $1.00. One dollar on Tuesday nights. Other $1 specials every other night of the week. Here is the kicker. About the same food that we get from Ai..... ssshhhh for $45 dollars for crappy food, we paid $32 dollars from Fiesta. That is under $11 each and we had food left over. I do not know if this is good news or bad: The owner says at end of month they are expanding the building to $10,000sq ft. . We just have to encourage them to keep the restaurant family, and neighborhood friendly. Good Luck Fiesta Taco.
