This company is GREATLY overrated…read more Our project involved a large backyard space transformation and included installation of a fiberglass pool, sport court and stone patio. The cost of the project was well above 200K. Throughout, our project was marred by delays, setbacks, mistakes, and frustrations in dealing with a company that refuses to take accountability and has very little interest in striving for customer satisfaction. In the end the experience was wholly unpleasant and I would not recommend this company. I waited a year to post this review in a fair effort to have the owner address multiple deficiencies (for details see Homestars review). After being ignored and receiving more gaslighting comments, I finally felt that it was important for other potential customers to hear of a different experience with this company. In my opinion, a company's true nature is shown by how they address mistakes and strive for customer satisfaction. No one is perfect but to continually ignore, deflect and string along a paying customer like ME did to us is completely unacceptable. I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.
