I got sent home dizzy once so obviously that was bs after clearly getting upset because I did nothing wrong they then started coming up with other excuses as to why I was fired it went from my health to I was being rude to the staff and by this after they were not on time with lunch me a African American women and my ex coworker Caucasian women said the word "finally" at the same time but it was somehow rude when I said it , I then asked if I was doing something wrong why wasn't I told and they told me that they didn't think it would matter because apparently helping to Improve was just not in the question they are very childish and they condone bullying as well when I expressed my concerns about my kid constantly being hit and pinned down by another kid I asked Dina if she could talk to the little boy parents I was then brushed off and told oh he's going through adoption and court ... the boy is 1 almost 2 that's not an excuse for his behavior , the day I was fired I said kinda under my breath but loud enough for them to hear "this smells like discrimination " which I was then told uh no cause we have another black employee . I also learned that this place has been under investigation for child abuse and neglect from earlier 2023 if you want your child in a safe environment this is not the place they also faked for state when an employee for state came to inspect the daycare we were immediately told hey put them on the carpet and act like you guys are learning complete bs .

They bullied me into lying to send him to a school district we do not live in because they didn't want to have to have my son in their facility. My son never had any problems or behavioral issues before coming here and yet at least once a week I would get a phone call saying "he dumped a bin we need you to pick him up" which is ridiculous. I got tired and tried to talk to one of the owners Nadia whom told me I was a bad parent that never helps them with my son (which by her definition is picking him up when he dumps toys, which is a normal 3 year old thing to do) and that because he may be showing signs of ADD "we don't take kids like that here" even though we discussed that in the initial start process and it was not a problem at his previous daycare. These people do not care about kids they only care about money. They are not educated on how to handle kids. You'd be better off paying a teenager who is on their phone the entire time because they do the same thing here just charge a whole lot more. If you care about your children DO NOT send them here.

The teachers in his toddler classroom are so friendly and knowledgable in their field. One of the best things here is they help to potty train! I really enjoy Montessori West Maple. Premier Academy has wonderful staff who made me feel like my daughter would be well taken care of. They also have the Tadpoles app where they send you pictures throughout the day which is the number one thing I love most, honestly! Seeing my babe in a great mood and smiling while I am at work feels great! All of the teachers I have met are the sweetest and seem to really enjoy their job which is also very comforting. I don't plan on leaving this daycare as long as I need it!

Since switching to Primrose she has had a total change in her attitude- she is much happier during the week, often talks about her activities at daycare, and no longer gets upset when it's time to go to daycare. The teachers all seem kind and well trained, and consistently use age appropriate language and positive reinforcement (that was a major issue at her previous daycare- I often heard raised voices and negative tones when I was coming in for pick up). There's a mixture of guided activities and self directed play, and all the kids seem engaged. They have an on-site kitchen and my daughter, who is normally a picky eater, enjoys all of the food. The hours are great and the prices are very reasonable for the area. We feel good about the care and education our daughter gets here which is such a relief as a parent. Overall I would definitely recommend this daycare!
