This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a medical clinic in regards to administration and organization. I went in for a routine physical and and wanted to get an mri on my knee since its been bothering me for a while. They said they need to clear it up with insurance and then they will call to schedule. A week passed by so I decided to call cornerstone. They informed me that they're waiting on approval from insurance. I called my insurance and they told me they've never received a request. Called cornerstone back and they say the request never made it out for some reason. Waited another week and still nothing. Called cornerstone yet again and they still haven't sent a request! Finally they sent the request out and scheduled an mri appointment. Got my mri and the nurse says you should hear back within a day or 2 with the results. After the 4th day I called and inquired and they said they'll leave a note for the doctor to call. It's a week now and I'm still waiting... read more

I recently received some diagostic testing outside the state. I needed to have Cornerstone interact with the testing center there for a follow up on reading prior results with the most current ones. It was nothing but a frustrating experience. Instead of working with the other office to insure timely and convenient medical help, Cornerstone insisted on falling back on company policy of not sending Doctors orders for ordering the necessary follow up testing (even though the other facility says they get orders from outside of state routinely-it is not any kind of 'law'). I felt Cornerstone was not acting in the welfare of the patient, but in their own interests. I will be changing providers. read more

I should have realized from my initial visit with them I should have chosen another medical facility. I chose to go to Cornerstone in Jamestown because it was close to home. I went in because I was having pain in my right wrist. When I got to my appointment the nursing assistant handed me a gown and the dr. came in expecting to look at my right breast! WTH!! I had to go back for the same wrist, not breast, & ending up seeing another dr since the appointment setter who scheduled my next visit with dr seltzer didn't inform me he wasn't at the Jamestown location on the day of my visit (he was at the preimier location..nothing premier about them). I saw dr deed the next go who scheduled for me to see a neurologist. In the mean and between time of me waiting (a month & 1/2) to see the neurologist I was referred to, I had a physical completed & blood work was ran. They found my blood work had a few issues and wanted to re-run my test. Considering they had my chart and knew what medications I had been on, they should not have had me re-schedule to come in for more blood work since the steroids dr seltzer had placed me on were still in my system....sooo they wasted my time and money by having me come back into the office to take blood that would not have projected any yielding results due to meds they placed me on. WTH is the purpose of a patient chart and asking all of the questions and taking sooooo much of someones time??? After I finally saw the neurologist, he explained the next day my physician would have my results...I waited for them to call me & they never did, I ended up calling the following Mon and spoke to Cheryl who I asked to have dr deed to call back with my neurologist results. Mon and Tues went by and on Wednesday I called and sw with Cheryl again and explained my pain was intensifying. She asked on a scale of 1-10 what was my pain level w/10 being the highest, I told her an 8 and she stated she would get with dr deeds and call back. The next Monday came around and I still had not heard back from them. I made 5/6 phone calls back to cornerstone and all of the cows that answered the phone were rude, heather, the other cow and the 3rd cow. They told me all of the assistants were busy with other patients, as if I weren't a patient and as if I hadn't already called in multiple times. Even their supervisor was busy, (I guess he was with a patient too). At this point I was basically trying my best to not have to call them or go back to their office and just wanted to have my medical records sent to another Doctor's office...they couldn't even complete that for me. Needless to say, I will be filing a BBB report on sorry a@$ cornerstore and will NEVER go there for anything else in my life. I hope others are able to see this before going their & having to deal with so much bull crap. BTW, even though I had given them my insurance card details that was issued to ME this year, they some how managed to have me listed under my moms insurance that dates back 20 years ago & kept telling me there was an issue with my bill and that my insurance wasn't covering certain test. What insurance would cover someone that was insured with them 20 years ago and not in 2016??? IDIOTS read more
