I've been with CCU for over 20 years. Excellent customer service. They never disappoint, and they are still treating me great as a senior on a fixed income. I've tried others in the area - with much disappointment. And with mostly everything available online - doesn't really matter where I live. read more

If I could give it zero, I would. I took out a loan and no one told me once I closed the loan that they would charge me $700 to close it. No one told me this or informed me of this when learning about loan. This is a rip off credit union. I belong to two other credit unions that wouldn't dare do that to a long time customer. I will never use them again they're horrible. read more

I…read moredownloaded the app because I need to deposit two important checks and the app gives me an error saying access denied, and that I do not have permission to use the mobile check deposit. I didn't realize that a 50 year old, primary account holder needed "permission " to deposit money into HER bank account using what is a standard service in all bank apps. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. Not to mention it is really interfering with my finances. I am also informed that it will be up to 72 hours before someone contacts me. 3 days of not being able to access these funds. Unacceptable. My fiance uses a small local banking branch and they have a mobile deposit app that works so smoothly and he has never had these types of issues. I am ashamed that my Credit Union looks like a bunch of amateurs who cant find developers who can make a functioning app.

Every week a check is electronically sent to this back to pay on a loan.
