Burrata pizza, no meat, add arugula
    Jen A.

Tried the burrata pizza and was underwhelmed. The toppings were sparse, and there wasn't sauce as intended, but not even olive oil or anything making the pizza quite dry. I skipped the meat that came on top and asked for arugula instead. Would have thought that could be an even swap, but was charged extra. Inside was on the small side and pretty warm. Outside seating was nice, just quite loud with the crowd that was there that night. Service was good, however. Overall, not my type of pizza. I might go back and try the gnocchi, but would shy away from the pizza.

We were in Seattle, staying in Phinney Ridge, and wanted pizza. We asked a local in the neighborhood what pizza they'd recommend and he didn't hesitate to recommend Cornuto. We were so glad he did. It was some of the best pizza we've had. My only complaint was that it was unusually hot, for Seattle, out so they had all the windows open and because of this there were bugs flying around. Would definitely go on another visit.

Nice back patio area, fun little cocktails with an Italian twist, pizzas are shareable.

Perfect neighborhood gem in Phinney Ridge! Charming tree-lined streets, a fabulous summer patio, and the best Neapolitan pizza in town. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, and both pizzas were absolute perfection. Cozy, lively, and worth every bite!. Service was very friendly and helpful.

We had gotten there and there was a wait so we just got drinks and walked around for about a half an hour which is what they had expected for us to wait. The place was really nice and the service was really nice and friendly and just the vibes were cool. All the pizza was pretty good, maybe not the best I've had in Seattle but def very very good, the meatballs were good too. We saw they had mimosa cocktails on the menu but we wanted a bottle so they just got us a bottle of Prosecco and brought us some syrup on the side. Awesome spot!

Just came for our first time and accidentally ordered the wrong pizza (we meant to get the one with burrata) but were still impressed with the sausage salsiccia calzone (4/5 stars) and the bufallina DOC pizza (5/5 stars). The crusts were thicker than I expected and the marinara on the pizza was phenomenal. $58 for the pizza, calzone, and one $7 beer (before tax and tip).

If you're looking for an Italian pizzeria, you've found it! I came here with a few friends and had some wine and pizza! There was a bit of a wait but we just went and got a drink next door! Cornuto is a very cute, cozy place, and I would recommend it for any day of the week!

Such a fun and intimate spot for the neighborhood. In the summer, the back patio is perfect for being outdoors. Great place to share pizzas or order your own dish. Went out with the girls and we had great wine selection and the gnocchi was filling and cooked to perfection. Kind and attentive service. Highly recommend!

Based on food alone, I almost want to give this place 1 star, but the service was good, so that's what saved it. When we got here, the restaurant was basically empty, so we got our pick on where to sit. One room was darker than the other. We chose to sit next to the pizza making area. The height of the booths makes it more private between different parties, but the aisle and next counter over are very close by, so it's kind of tight in the room with the main entrance. We ordered the Quattro Stagioni Pizze because I like having lots of different things on my pizza. Apparently, it was way too much because the top of every slice slid right off. I ended up having to eat with a fork most of the time. Something I've never had offered when eating pizza before was hot oil. I tried some, but it was too spicy for me personally. I can see how people who enjoy spice may enjoy having the hot oil handy. It just didn't help that my pizza was already falling apart with or without the oil. Also, the center and most of the pizza dough was soggy, so I feel like the pizza was a disaster as we dug more into it. On the outside before we started eating, it looked great.

buffalo moz and pesto pizzas with the gnocchi in gorgonzola sauce. so good!

Yes, yes, yes, what a good time this was. They're busy and for good reason. Sitting outside only cost us the quick 5 mins for them to set up the table and get ready for us. Inside walk-up seating on a Friday night at dinner time was only a bit more of a wait, but I'll take outside just about any day on their three (3) patio/deck options. So nice. The host and our server were so great. Charming and attentive, thanks! We made quick decisions, and I'm sure you couldn't go wrong with anything on the menu. Caesar was amazing, and the anchovies almost had a sushi-level quality to them. Super briny and perfect. The buffalo moz classic was amazing. Juicy and bright with delicious cheese and basil. Perfect. The Pesto was also a winner, and I'm usually not a fan of what's usually too greasy pesto as a base. This wasn't the case. It was so flavorful and thick without being greasy. Great veggies. Scissors are cute and help the place stay unpretentious while they clearly care very deeply about serving you up the absolute fanciest pizza around. That crust was also absolutely perfect. Crunchy but chewy, full of flavor. And their wines! They know a good one. I love Barberas and split a half carafe with my date. Our server knew all the fast facts about the women-owned and operated vineyard. Nice! Do yourself a favor: order the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce. This was without a doubt the showstopper, even for two pizza fiends, the pasta was the winner. Would have ordered another if we hadn't stayed so late already. The brulee on top... whew. Dreaming of that creamy pasta! For dessert, we'd been recommended to try the small (which is already large; large is larger) nutella calzone. The table next to us got it to go (pro tip) but we would have been waiting about 40mins for the oven at that point, so we passed for another time. Had the lemon sorbet instead and it was also delicious. A nice, light end to a happily carb-filled meal. Another pro tip: ask for the chili oil!! And use it liberally!!! We'll be back! Thanks for the great meal

Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
