Mr. Hernandez is known by his students for not teaching anything and complaining when we learn nothing. I have had many bad experiences with Mr. Hernandez but one really sticks out for me, I was feeling sick so I went to the restroom but the one on my floor was closed so I went to the floor below and threw up in the restroom A LOT. I came back after 20 minutes and he told me "You spent 20 minutes in the restroom. You are only allowed 5 minutes." He stuck a paper in my face that stated only 5 minutes in the restroom. When I tried to explain my situation he wouldn't listen and gave me a referral. Mr. Hernandez has made my experience at El Paso High one star.

Over all, I had a good experience considering I was there for such a short period of time. They were able to help me and test me to see where I needed help since the private school I came from was so behind on math and science. They then worked with Hornedo to make sure the next year I would be caught up so I would do well in high school! Just hoping they fixed the sewage issue, as that was a very big problem and made the entire school smell.
