The natural pool with creek water has been closed for years. The rocket ship play equipment has returned! I played on it when I was young, it was brown, pain worm away back to a shinny stainless steel and was in ok shape. In 1997 it was removed due to the stupid change in laws and safety concerns. In 2016 after some donations and the rotary club raised some money it was modified, safety equipment added, painted red and in 2018 it was returned to the park! This along with several other unique pieces of play equipment such as a biplane, car, stage coach and boot makes it a fun park for kids. There is plenty of places to sit and eat lunch. I suggest taking your kids to this park for a unique experience with this one of a kind play equipment.

It's way off the ground, yet the nets are so strong and secure, and you generally don't feel afraid of heights at all. None of the kiddos were scared. We enjoyed the ball pit and the huge spaces up in the nets to run around and bounce it. Definitely worth the price for the hour! Wear closed-toed shoes, and know that you can't take anything up with you except a phone and your car keys - no hard-brimmed hats, no jewelry, no watches, etc.

The course took me a couple of hours to complete all the levels, and is absolutely worth it. There are nature paths around and a picnic would top off the day here with a good feed and lots to drink. The best time to head there appeared to be early in the morning before the crowds. I cannot recommend gloves enough!!! Either take a pair of gloves or buy a pair there!!!! Definitely check this place out, good times to be had.

Once you arrive at the station, there's a shuttle (I think it said "Kroozn Kangaroo" or something of that nature on the side) that will take you straight to the kangaroos! I didn't know about this so I was lucky I saw it. It'll cost you $3 one way per person and it's only like a 5 minute drive (but a 50 minute walk!). When you want to go back to the station from the park, you'll have to call the number on the shuttle and ask him to return, or you can just hang out at the park until the shuttle inevitably comes back with more visitors. I think the shuttle stops at like 4:30 p.m. so just be aware. Regardless of what you see elsewhere, such as Yelp, TripAdvisor, or some other site, do. not. feed. them. There are signs that say not to but they're easy to miss because they're on the outskirts of the park. Apparently the kangaroos are becoming aggressive for food. Of course, there are going to be a lot of people who do it anyways, which made the shuttle driver very mad when he saw it (he also threatened to have people fined since his shuttle had a camera that recorded the incident). The park itself has nothing at all, so go to the bathroom at the station and bring food/water (for yourself). The kangaroos are surprisingly tame so you can get pretty close for some great pictures. Overall it's an awesome experience and definitely worth the trip!

The park is far away from the city, it is about 100 km of Sydney (3 hours by public transportation), however it is worth to go as you will be too closer to your buddy. The kangaroos jump freely here, you can touch and feed them (PLEASE feed the kangaroos with carrot. DO NOT feed them with bread!) The park it all isn't amazing, however the entrance is free and it is worth to see the kangaroos in their wildlife! Moreover it has a picnic area, barbecue grill and a beautiful view of Macquarie Lake. The kangaroos are cute and sweet and when they see the carrots they come to you. Sometimes they do quickly moves, but they don't cause any harm to you! Just be aware with the kids because some of them are big. There is nothing around the park, bring your own water, fruits and food! **Parking is free
