I booked an afternoon individual office and while the host was pleasant showed me the amenities and layout, the actual facilities, especially for renting an office, are not good. The building is more of a warehouse than an office building and while the owners have gone out of their way to decorate and organize the space, the reality is this is a warehouse with an open 20 foot ceiling. The actual offices have 10 foot partitions but no real ceiling. So you really have no privacy to have private conversations on the phone or in a computer meeting. When I was there, the people in a neighboring office were talking loud and dropping cuss words every now and then. While I'm not a prude when it comes to language but if I were on a call with a client or a Teams or Zoom call, the background noise and talking probably would come through. The idea when renting an office is that you get privacy. I understand if I rented just a desk, no such privacy privileges would be expected. read more

What a wonderful and affordable way to get work done while out in Vegas! I stopped by Corporate Coworking during my recent Vegas trip to get some work done. Getting to the area was pretty simple from the Strip (about a 15 minute drive). They also have parking available! On Lyft, they unfortunately didn't have the name of the place on the map so had to include the address. The day pass was $29 (as of July 2024) which I pre-booked on the website. There isn't any date specification so just need to have a record that you paid for the day pass. There are other options as well if you need to use other rooms / bigger areas with different rates. Coming in, the receptionist was super nice and quickly got me situated and set-up. She gave me a tour of the location, which was fairly large with a lot of different areas. For single workers like me, there are a few big areas where you can seat yourself whether at a nice chair/monitor set-up (HDMI cord included) or anywhere in an open lounge area. There's a kitchen with complimentary coffee/lattes/cold brew which is great. There's some free snacks as well as a more modern vending machine. There were also two phone private booths as well as a bigger 4-person private booth as well. It wasn't crowded at all and people seemed respectful. There was an event that seemed to happen in one of the back areas but I had headphones on and didn't hear anything. WiFi was speedy and easy to use - was easily able to take Zoom calls and upload/download files. I received a one-sheet with all the relevant info including nearby restaurants and a food truck that comes around at lunch. Thanks so much to the CC staff and the venue for a great time! Went in to get away from the casino and get some work done while on a short vacation. Tony gave me a tour of the facility and a review of working plans. I just needed to make a zoom conference and review notes so the day pass worked perfectly. They had phone booths, conference rooms and desks. The internet speed was fast and steady. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of beverages and the coffee was provided by a local company. Really nice cowork space that I'll use again! read more

Friendly staff, just not the atmosphere I was looking for. They had a nice drop in rate of $20 per day when I visited. They do have monitors in the desk space, however we're lacking on attachments for a MacBook Air (usb c) to connect to the laptops. It's more of a closed atmosphere with a little upbeat vibe. They did have a granola bar for everyone the day I came in. It took a little while as a drop in to get my printed documents. A little longer than I hoped for. read more

By and large, the best thing about this Coworking space is the wide screen monitors and ergonomic chairs that are free to use. They definitely boosted my productivity. The atmosphere is inspiring, creative, fun and completely conducive to a happily productive work environment. The convenience of readily available office supplies, high volume printer, recycling, shredding service, record storage space, and kitchen/break area is outstanding. As a small business owner, it helps me provide the ideal workspace for my small team without the full expense of having to carry the burden of expensive office equipment leases and janitorial services. I moved into SPACE Cowork on March 1, 2020, just before the shut down. The community management team handled the entire situation with grace, professionalism, and compassion. They kept all of the community well informed of the preventive measures and safety policies implemented for the health and wellbeing of our teams and businesses. Our work areas are sanitized regularly and compliant with all social distance requirements and recommendations. Overall, this is a great place to work! It's way better than trying to run a small business at a kitchen table! In these COVID times, the biggest benefit is knowing I don't have to worry about having to close my doors because of an expensive office lease with all the affiliated expenses. Our team with Beautycounter needed a space to hold our virtual training this year and we had such a wonderful experience here! From the friendly staff to the beautiful setting the day was so perfect. I loved how when we walked in they had our company on the big screen and Beautycounter videos playing. The staff did a great job explaining how to use the conference room and made logging into WiFi and computers super hassle free. They had a lovely break area with an incredible coffee machine. Every area was so clean & cozy! I love a staff that cares and pays attention to detail and SPACE definitely doe this! I have been working here for about a year and I've been blessed to watch this beautiful place grow and become such a positive and fun work space. It's a huge bonus to go to work everyday and be surrounded with such great people and truly enjoy going to work. I've made such great friends with people from different companies that I get to socialize with during lunch or after work at the bar... Yes, we have a bar AND a keg. The management plans fun little games like bingo, dessert contests, and beer tastings and the winner usually receives $50 Visas, $25 Starbucks, movie tickets, honestly so much! They have private offices, desks, conference rooms, coffee bar, regular bar, private phone booths, lunch area, bean bags...so much. Very confusing website. They take extra effort to steer you to joining and since I could not find anywhere to review pricing I joined thinking, although intrusive have to join just for pricing, I wanted to compare pricing. As I finished the online forms to join I was then asked to pay $29.00. Well that is a new inflation scam I have not encountered yet. So I called and was assured that this was not the case although the person that answered could not tell me where on the website that I could review pricings. She replied that she could give the information over the phone. I replied that I did not want the information over the phone I wanted to see the info on the website. While talking and clicking deeper into the website I finally found pricing and when I asked if this was the correct pricing the reply was that there are many specials and other pricing and that the pricing I am looking at I am guessing was not valid any more, but she replied describing those options. I think they were trying to raise the prices and that is why she wanted to provide the prices over the phone. Again though the whole conversation I was told repeatedly that they were doing a new website. My overall impression is that they are playing the Market to see what they can get out of the possible customers. There are much lower cost options here in Las Vegas that offer the same or better options. I see now why the reviews are from the whole USA to try and give the impression that they are a top company in this space, but many of the reviews appear to be fake and I would not consider this a good option for here in Las Vegas unless you have a business that requires that you spend lots of money for virtual office space. read more
