Standing there with his happy little face (I am guessing it's a boy cat, but who knows?), it's a total mood lifter amid the city's neon chaos. Snowball is an unofficial city mascot, especially to those of us creative types who frequent the downtown Arts District. Perfect for a quick selfie or just to take in some fun street art, Snowball's got a playful energy that makes it impossible not to smile. His tongue is sticking out and his squinting eyes have the cutest expression ever (and one that most cat parents will recognize). Snowball's oversized ears are the icing on the cake.  I love public art and I personally think it's worth the trip downtown to pay Snowball a visit. Wasn't sure how to score this appropriately because our experience up until the last attraction was…read moregreat. Purchased the Level 1 pass and wanted to end the night on Liftoff. My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

Prob not I got the 2 day pass and that's all I needed but if I did go back it would just be standalone tickets to the big experiences Glad I did it though we had fun walked a lot
