My backyard Willow tree fell on the fence during the storm on night of 8/26/19. Shawn/Alan had told…read moreme that he would remove the tree for $750 and he'll get his friend Casey to grind the stump for another $50/60. Shawn did remove the tree on 9/9/19 and I wrote him a cheque. He advised me to call his friend right away which I did. Till date the stump is still there and my fence panel(which Shawn removed to haul the tree away) has NOT been put back yet. Neither Shawn nor Casey has responded to my text/voice mails. This is really frustrating. Someone did leave my backyard faucet running on 10/11/19. Shows lack of responsibility/care on Shawn's part. Hope no one has this kind of experience, ever.
