PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DISGUSTING BAKERY!!! I ordered a cake from them and when I went to pick it up, there were health code violations GALORE!!! Dead roaches in a corner, workers wiping their noses and then handling raw dough (which also had flies resting on it) etc etc etc!! The service was AWFUL as well! I got a bunch of attitude from the women behind the counter. Never before have I seen people be so rude to customers!!! You'd think with such a filthy establishment they would make up for it with at least a smile! After all that, I told them that I no longer wanted the cake because things there were so dirty. They then said that I HAD to pay for it because it was already made. When I said "no, thank you" and made my way towards the door, they proceeded to yell that I "had to pay, had to pay" even as the door closed. So disappointed with this establishment, we ordered a cake for a 70th Anniversary and what they showed us when ordering (a cake that should of had over 50 slices) was not what they had waiting for us when we picked up (36 slices). When we called to question what had happened and why it was diffrent that what was shown to us they very curt & matter a fact about it all. Basically, too bad so sad. I'm extremely disappointed in this bakery. I've ordered cakes here for the last 10 years and lately their service has become mediocre and messy. Today was the icing on the cake so to speak. They refused to draw a design on my cake because it was "against policy" yet they have tasteless cakes on their page and they had an excuse for every cake on there. I went to buy chocolate cupcakes. The Bakery lady dropped them on the ground and she got angry. I felt embarrassed for her so I stepped away. I noticed they used the container that had fallen on the ground because it had frosting all over it. The Bakery lady said she threw away the cupcakes but it was so quick....I know she did not go to the back to grab new ones. They sold me a dirty container that fell on the ground and we're like sure you can have your $ back. I told her that there was a spot were the frosting was reapplied.
