I did not have to wait long for the service, and I was, in my estimation, charged fairly. About two weeks later, my wife was driving the vehicle and the power steering goes out on the car, and we took it back to Auto Pro's. The serpentine belt had broken, and we were, in my estimation, overcharged for the service. However, I never questioned, until later, the premise of them charging me. About two weeks later, I drove my vehicle to another mechanic on a Saturday morning to get spark plugs replaced. (Auto Pro's is not open on Saturday, which is understandable, of course.) The mechanic never did this work, though, because he noticed that my serpentine belt was almost completely gone from the vehicle. So, evidently, Auto Pro's put the belt on improperly, for the tensioner was not re-adjusted properly after they changed out the timing belt. I took the vehicle back to Auto Pro's, and they redid the work without charging me. Fast forward another two weeks, and the vehicle's power steering again stops working, and we check under the hood and notice the serpentine belt has broken...again! I should have taken the vehicle back to Auto Pro's so they could do the work for free, but I was fed up with their incompetence, so I took it to the other mechanic. It took him two tries to undo the terrible job that Auto Pro's did, and he charged me a very modest sum to do the work. I tried to get Auto Pro's to reimburse me for the bill, but, of course, they did not. And as I reflect back on my experience, I realize that Auto Pro's should never have charged me for the serpentine belt the first time I came to get a new one, for its breaking was obviously connected to their shoddy work on changing the timing chain. Alongside Auto Pro's incompetence was its terrible customer service, for I received no apologies for their mistakes. So, the long and the short of my story is this: don't take your vehicle to this establishment.

We stopped in here to get a trailer tire replaced. After they replaced the tire on our spare rim,…read morethey went out to put it back on the trailer. But me being me, I'd given them the beat-up spare to replace, because I was going to swap it out with a tire that had a slow leak. The young man looked at my slow-leaking tire, turned to me and said "It's probably the valve stem. Those high-pressure valve stems suck. Pull it around back and I'll see what I can do." We pulled it around back, and a couple of squirts with soapy water confirmed it was the valve stem that was the problem. It took all of ten minutes for him to pull the tire off, replace the stem, and slap it back on the trailer. So I now have two good tires on the trailer, plus a brand new spare, all at a good price, and all done within half an hour on a Saturday. Holy moly people. This place rocks.

Scott Merrow and his crew are INCREDIBLE! Our Rv was in dire need of a complete brake job. We were…read more4 days from his location and Scott told us he'd schedule us into his shop upon our arrival. We showed up a day early. He allowed us to overnight in his parking lot until the next day. From the moment we met Scott to turn in our RV, he turned out to be very personable and reassuring. He told us to go and do the "tourist thing" in the Black Hills area (Deadwood/Mt Rushmore) while he and his crew did the inspection and repair. He pulled our RV out of his garage which allowed us to overnight on his property another night while he waiting on parts expected the next day. The parts arrived, he completed repairs (plus an oil change late on day 2 and allowed us to overnight on his property from where we could resume our travels the next morning. My new auto repair shop is fantastic!! I moved to Wyoming and needed a new auto shop to maintain…read moremy 19 year old van. They were the closest shop as I live in very rural northeastern Wyoming. I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van. She called and gave me an update on the work and also called to let me know they were done. This shop is the best! They've helped my sister-in-law with two issues on her truck at the last minute and still got her in and diagnosed the problem.
