I purchased a laser treatment on Groupon, not knowing if I would need one or three treatments, I purchased the one. At my consultation I was told it would probably take the three to do what I was requesting. Upon speaking to the owner, I was informed Groupon was no longer available, but she would honor the price I paid for the next two procedures. After my first procedure, Only a week and a half later, the owner would not uphold her word, and claimed she didn't remember me or our conversation. The new price she was trying to sell me was more than double what I paid. They are transitioning ownership... Maybe it's best to wait until they have this figured out, and can remember the people that they're working with. Can't schedule or keep their appointments at all. Leslie has been so unprofessional to deal with on the phone. I have had a microneedling appointment scheduled twice now (the first appointment was scheduled nearly a month out!) And have been canceled on the morning of the appointment both times, both times by confusing text message. To boot, Leslie originally demanded that I text her my voucher code for the Groupon PRIOR to receiving the service, which is NEVER how that is supposed to work. I am very glad that I know better and did not comply, because this place seems like a straight up scam based on other reviews and my own experience. Hoping I can get my money back from Groupon! I understand that "shit happens" but when you consistently cancel on your clients last minute, it's an issue with how you run the business. I was made to feel ridiculous for being upset, and the way communication has happened makes it hard for me to even trust that the technician is having the family emergency that Leslie claims. I heard of this place through a friend of mine who had Vanquish done on her belly and lost over and inch around. I did some research on Vanquish, and was pretty blown away at how expensive it was, but then found Cosmetic Laser Advantage offering Vanquish for hundreds less than other businesses around and thought I would give it a try. First, I have to precursor this with the fact that I weight 135 lbs and am in pretty good shape, so I wasn't expecting that great of results but definitely have a small layer of fat above my abdominal area. First, we measured around my abdomen and I was 76 cm above my belly button, 81.5 cm at my belly button and 85 cm below my belly button. I had a one hour session around my belly/back on the Vanquish machine and after I was done, we measured again, and I was 73 cm above, 77 cm at my belly button and 83 cm below. I bought a groupon and made an appointment about 3 weeks ago. Someone (possibly the owner?) texted me on the day of that appointment telling me she had to cancel. I was driving at one point when we were corresponding and she offered up a time. I didn't respond immediately because I had to get home to look at my calendar and she texted me back: "??????" as if she was annoyed that I didn't immediately respond. I let her know that I was driving. She acted as if I was inconveniencing HER by the reschedule. Then, we rescheduled and the morning of the appointment I got another text changing the appointment time. I agreed to the new appointment time and as I was on my way, she texted AGAIN asking for a new time. I agreed to the new time and arrived and was sitting in their driveway waiting... and she texted the 4th time wanting to push off the time. I had moved a work appointment around, it was a work day for me and I had driven 40 minutes to get there. Finally I said, "forget it". I can't waste my time being jerked around. This really is the best cosmetic laser service you can get in the greater Portland area. I drive from Washington to see her.
