If you have any injuries, the staff is fully equipped to give you modifications for all of the exercises. Club Pilates offers a highly effective, low impact workout for all ages. I'm serious when I say, Pilates is for everyone. If you are new to Pilates, I would recommend taking the Intro class or the reformer 1.0. For more advanced/fast paced classes, take the Cardio Sculpt or Reformer 2.0. I couldn't recommend this place enough!! Do Pilates, do life!!!

It was my first time in last week and I was surprised of how nice this location is compared to expressway one. The bottom floor when you walk in, you'll see the child car area on the left and classes, locker rooms, and entry to the pool through the locker rooms on the right side. Oh and also, I think .. small class studios. Right in the center of the gym is where you will see all the free weights, racks. Suitable for squats, deadlifts etc. Everything is super clean here as well it seems like. The up stairs where you'll see more cardio work machines. I haven't really gotten to look in depth but so far I'm really loving it! PS :: Try out and see if you are able to get a free pass online!!! It's all worth it

Horrible company, or maybe the owner of the Moore location. They make it almost impossible to cancel your membership. And I'm being taken to collections for $43.00. Good lord man I hope this costs you 10X this amount. Stay away from Gold's unless you want a membership you can't ever cancel.

They have lots of top rope routes (with the harnesses) and a lot of bouldering walls and routes, too. They have all sorts of difficulty levels as well. The routes change slowly over time, which is something I appreciate as it takes me some time to work through a route that's challenging for me. The staff here is super friendly, especially the manager, who oriented us and belay trained us! It can get pretty busy some weeknights, but the community here is great, and we love the convenience of the location too! Would highly recommend to just check it out if you are even remotely interested in climbing.
