I've had Cosmic Pizza twice this month after hearing my dental hygienist raved about it! So far we've had donair pizza (Amazing) and black olive with feta pizza. New pizza and donair shop on the trail across from the Tim Hortons/Wendy combo. Staff are friendly, pizza made to order in about 10 minutes, and prices fair! Two thumbs way up! On Mother's Day, I ordered an 18 inch giant, thin crust, build your own pizza for delivery. $45.48 incl tip and delivery. Exhorbitant but that's today's prices. One of the custom toppings I ordered, fresh tomatoes, was missing. I called and asked to speak to the owner/manager to request a small credit to my Mastercard. He said he couldn't do that but he would give me $5 off my next order. I said I wouldn't be ordering again because the pizza was dry. They put the cheese on last (over all the toppings), which is not my preference, and the cheese was overcooked and hard. He then said he would drop $5 by my house later. I was secretly laughing to myself, because I thought "that's probably not going to happen", but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, was pleasant to him and thanked him. Needless to say, I never received my credit. I realize that this is a first world problem. However, I did pay for something I didn't get, which should be a refund and not a store credit. I appreciate business people who go the extra mile for their customers, (especially since there are many other pizza places in the Park) and this owner definitely did not. Update: cosmic pizza has since reached out to me to apologize and say that he had forgotten - he refunded me $10 which was generous and appreciated. Thanks for the follow up. read more

The pizza was not too bad. I found it no different than most of the other pizza joints around. I was actually a bit surprised as I was expecting the worse. Like most pizza places these days, this is a pick up and go place. There is no seating. Pricing is in the same range as Pizza 73 maybe a tad bit more. First visit was definitely disappointing. I've only tried the donair so far, so I will update the review if I feel it's warranted once I try more items. I walked in shortly after lunch on boxing day. There was only one employee there and no other customers waiting. One very important thing to know is that this is TAKE OUT only. No chairs or tables at all. So keep that in mind. There are TVs on the wall that display the menu, but only the pizza one was turned on, so I had to ask if they had donairs as well (yes, I know it's in the name of the place, but without seeing them on the menu, I wasn't sure). They do. So I ordered a cheese donair with no onions. Apparently they come in medium and large, so I ordered a medium. He asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato, and I said yes. He also asked if I wanted sweet sauce. I'm not sure what the other options are, but that's what I wanted, so I said yes. He disappeared into the back for quite a while. I was confused, but I think he was working on a pizza delivery order. Then he came back to the front and shaved the donair meat off and started building my donair. I didn't pay too close attention, but if I had, I would have noticed the following: - He put a tonne of raw onions in there and no tomato. Some people love raw onions, some people can't stand them. I'm the kind that can't stand them. - Unlike other places that heat up the donair meat before building it, they do not. So it was only luke warm. Which left a really weird film in my mouth. I won't be back for donairs, but might try their pizza some time. The whole process was very long, considering that it wasn't even hot by the time I got it. read more

We ordered Cosmic for dinner last week and were pleasantly surprised. The delivery was quick, the food was fresh and the price was about $50 for 3 Large pizzas which is typical. I ate the pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. It was very flavourful and filling. I've heard raving reviews about this place on local chat groups and had to try. Will likely return when I'm looking to switch up my regular pizza order! read more

Won't go back. We ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks. The pizza had a strange taste, perhaps it would be to someone else's liking but no one in my family enjoyed it and the crust was burnt. The breadsticks were so burnt we just threw them away so I can't even give an opinion on the taste. Overpriced for a disappointing, burnt meal. read more

we got 3 18" inch and they were Flipped upside down and squished and they didn't even get us the right pizza for two of them for $85.97 then when we call in for the Refund and tell them everything that happened we wait another 30 minutes Then we tell the guy about what happened and then He said it was just a complaint that we got the wrong pizza so then that lady who dropped it off, was obviously lying to try to hide something if you're hungry do not eat this because with cosmic pizza you'll get some good poops read more

Ordered the combo for pick up last night. 2 med pizzas with unlimited toppings, 10 chicken wings and 2 ltr of pop for $39. Great deal for average pizza. Sauce is too sweet for my liking. They should really try to clean up the front/pick up waiting area - not a very good impression. read more

I would recommend the downtown location. Amazing pizza and most importantly very good customer service. Called this location (st. Albert) and was kept on hold for 5 minutes. When I went to order I was told that the website prices were incorrect and no deals exist on the weekend. When I asked for more Information on one of the pizzas I was met with attitude from the women. I was already frustrated with this location as on one other occasion I ordered the donair pizza I usually get down town and was sorely disappointed with the lack of toppings. The crust showed though in multiple areas due to sparse application. I didn't want to drive far today so thought I would give them another try.... But I would rather drive all the way from St. Albert to down town to receive good service and better food. If you would like a great pizza and had a bad experience here try the downtown location if your I. The area! Amazing food. read more

BRUTAL. Went in for a slice of donair pizza and pop at lunch in ST ALBERT. Donair sauce was very curdled and sparse. The pizza was cold and the area to eat had a tall bar style bench table and low regular seats......????? The Guy who was working there was unkept, grubby looking. and super unfriendly. They wont last competing with Simply Donairs down the raod. read more

I've had pizza from there and they were ok for the price since it was a opening special awhile back. Tastes like frozen pizza from the grocery store. I went there today for a donair since Simply Donair is still not open. The donair was not good and quite pricey. A large is $13.10 with cheese. The meat had an unpleasant taste and the sweet sauce is not good. I can't wait for Simply Donair to open up in their new location. read more

my favourite food is pizza, I know it very well and these guys can make a delicious proper pizza with the right amount of cheese, sauce, toppings, and everything else you can think of. chicken here is also good it reminds me of my childhood as a young boy. the scent of the food is empowering making you feel as though you are about to feast. all good vibes from staff and service, a wonderful place to get some pizza. read more

Save your money and get a similar pizza from the frozen food section of your favourite grocery store. Chicken tasted funny as well, not sure where they source it or how they cook it but everyone in my family stated that it was "off" (Chicken Deluxe Pizza). read more
