We ordered 2 Regular pizzas online and the confirmation process was a bit confusing. I received an email saying that the restaurant had received my order, then another saying it had been accepted. I was expecting another email giving me an estimated time for pick up, but didn't receive one. I placed our order at 4:45pm. I headed over to the place after my appointment about 5pm, and the restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There were no other customers in the restaurant. She told me it would be another 5-7 minutes which was fine. I waited and she brought the pizzas out to me when they were ready. Both pizzas were just okay. The cheese was crispy which was nice and a bit different than other places, the crust was cooked well, a decent amount of toppings on the pizza, and flavor was okay. We had it, we ate it, but we'll probably stick to our other favorites. Overall, a clean location, friendly staff, and just okay pizza.

My second time, the sign still said closed but the door opened so I wandered in. I was greeted by a very friendly family who apologized and turned on the lights and changed the sign on the door to open - they had forgot - no problem. They told me they had been in the location for a little over a year and are going to be adding items like samosas soon - Great! The prices were slightly higher than I'm used to paying at my 2 favorite places: Famous Joe's and Simply Donairs but that's not a deal breaker for me. I ordered the supreme donair (larger than regular) and I think it was $9 plus $1 for cheese. The meat was taken out of either a fridge or freezer and cooked in the pizza oven. The donair was made to my specifications and then placed in the pizza oven - melted the cheese nicely. I selected "a little tzatziki and a little sweet sauce." Unfortunately, there was still too much sauce and too much dill in the tzatziki for my liking. The Donair was not the slightest bit greasy but I found it lacking in meat. I mean, when you pay $9 for a donair you expect there to be a fair amount of meat. The owners offered me a complimentary pop and were oh so kind. I really wanted to love this place and make it my new favorite mom and pop. So once again, today I came by for the third time at 115pm on a Thursday afternoon. And lo and behold they were closed AGAIN even though the sign on the door says they opened at 11am. I actually got out of my car and checked to see if the door was locked in case they had left the lights off but no one was home :-( We may give them another try but I just can't see why when we have two other AWESOME options: Famous Joe's and Simply Donair in the area for a lower price point. The poutine was generous and very tasty. The donair was quite good too, a bit spicy and very generous with meat. Definitely a spot I will return to to try their pizzas. My pizza was fairly bland, but I added some red pepper flakes and it was better. My moms friend had their polenta and a sausage which tasted really good. I would order that myself. Great polenta. Staff always seem familiar with all the items on the menu even when I ask about new ones and are friendly. On our most recent visit, we ate on the patio which had a great selection of tables and 2 couch sets with a lower coffee style table. Plenty of umbrellas if you'd like to open one or a few up to provide some shade. The parking lot is more than a PITA (pain in the a$$) but that's out of their control. I highly recommend the current summer feature pizza the Don Andreas - YUMMY! The avacado and cilantro are divine and the spicy side of hot sauce with lime really hit the spot. The tomatoes were a crunchy yellow color, except for one piece of tomato which was the normal red and normal ripe texture. It's very strange to see yellow crunchy toppings when you're expecting to see red tomatoes. Have to say it the look of the pizza and different texture and color of tomatoes turned me off. Hope it doesn't happen again, if I even order from them again.

Having never had it before, my boyfriend and I ordered pizza from Pisa Pizza because of the great reviews on yelp. We ordered two kinds: Greek and Meat Lovers. The Greek pizza was not good....at all. The crust was very thick but more like bread (stale bread) than a good pizza crust. The meat lovers was only slightly better but not that good either; almost tasteless. The pizzas arrived almost cold and had to be heated up in the microwave. I would have to say that this is one of the worst pizzas either of us have ever had....and we eat pizza often from various pizza joints. I don't know if they were having an off night.....the delivery guy said they were really busy. But I honestly can say I will never order pizza from here again. Sorry.
