The very friendly and accommodating host checked the availability and was able to schedule me in a matter of minutes. He advised me of their second location within a short walk. I arrived and reception had my booking and I was assigned to Michaela for my cut. She had just finished with another client who was on his way out and in passing mentioned her expertise to me. Micheala has a warm and funny personality that immediately put me at ease. We just had a great connection. She listened to my preferences and explained her plan of action. I was on week four of a six week European trip, so a cut that was low maintenance was my main intent. She did an excellent job with my hair. They are very fast and efficient, so no sloppy work. No waxing only threading, which is so much better and healthier for you. Threading is so much better on the skin, as oppose to waxing.
