I had got long acrylic if you looking to get long acrylic book with Lisa, she is very professional and she's patient and she gives you her time. She's beyond sweet and even though I'm shy, it was a breeze to talk to her so that's always a plus but if you're just licking somewhere, that's clean nice and has perfection than this is the right spot. If you have 3 1/2 hours to waste and want bleeding fingers when you leave this is your place! The pedicure was great and timely. The manicure was horribly painful and took forever. Four of my fingers were bleeding. They left me soaking in acetone way too long and my fingers were dried out. First time there and last time there. read more

When you first walk in, it seems very nice and high-end. The staff was very nice. The only part I did not like was the massages. The pedicure chair is not very high compared to the rest of the salon didn't even feel like I had a massage From both chair and the nail tech. I even paid 15 more dollars for a 10 minute longer massage and it was really only a few minutes longer than the person I came with. read more

I think they do a great job, once you can get in. They don't do a great job with appointments. They shouldn't call them that, they should call them "suggested times" or "this is the time your wait will start". I just arrived for my 4:45pm appointment and there are 8 walk ins ahead of me. There is no preference (that I can tell) given to appointments, and you should expect to wait 30 - 45 min to be seen, especially during busy times like weekends. If you are in a hurry or on a schedule, this might not the place for you. If you don't mind waiting to be seen, it's a clean and great nail place. read more

I've been to Cosmo several times because it's so close to my house but I won't be going back. Three out of the five pedicures I've had began to chip after one week. I've had one good pedicure. My last visit there, I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure ended abruptly with only one coat of paint and no top coat. The technician walked away and started on someone else's nails and never returned. I was so confused I eventually went to the counter to explain what happened. They charged me for the pedi and gave me $3 off on my next pedicure. Poor quality and very poor service. read more

I will never return! My nails were rushed and the man tried to make me pay with cash app. I wasnt able to choose the color I wanted. Salon is over priced for the service they provide.
