As I traveled the country, I used local dentists... but never felt they compared to Dr. Pawlowicz & his sons. When I moved back to Butler, I thought it was time to finally come back. Their commitment to quality dentistry is everything I remembered as a teen. Dr. Jason and my hygienist, Autumn, have an excellent chair-side manner... and are very giving with the free samples. ;-) The only downside (and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that this practice does *not* participate in any insurance networks. Any new patients need to call their insurance companies first to verify the reimbursement policy.

I recently moved here from Alabama and needed to find a gynecologist because I was late on my…read moreyearly visit, so I chose Advanced OB-Gyn Associates in the Butler location. I was given an appointment with Dr. Dynelle Smith. I arrived at the office, which required wearing a mask at all times. They had me register on one of a couple of terminals in the waiting area. The check-in process was easy and the women in the back that helped me check in and out were very friendly and helpful. I only waited a couple of minutes after check-in to go back to a room. A nurse gathered all of my symptoms and issues and not long after that Dr. Smith came in. She was excellent. She took a lot of time to listen to me and even rechecked something that I had a concern about. During the exam, she also observed my Hidradenitis suppurativa under my arms and offered a topical antibiotic to try to see if it would help. Recently I sent a message to the office on the patient portal about a problem that was still occurring after taking medication and they called me within an hour and sent another medication in to try. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Smith!
