We stayed at Canterbury Court Apartment (under Cosse International) for a year and had the most unpleasant experience, from its owner, Mr. Charles Brissac Cosse. Beware, your stay can turn into a nightmare. Cosse and his team ripped us off, by taking the entire rental deposit of about $1500 blaming that the carpet was stained after our use. We visited the apartment again but the managers were not able to show us the stains. In addition, despite charging us for an entire new carpet, they gave the apartment to the new tenants without replacing it! Our one year stay at the apartment was also not event-less. Mr. Cosse changed the managers back and forth, which had a huge impact on our stay at Canterbury. The bath tub, which was a reason for us to rent the apartment, was non-functional for 3 months or more. We also had issues with high chlorine level in the water, which left rashes on my wife's skin. The roof above our patio was leaking and it stained our furniture. Avoid this place if you have anywhere else to stay!
