To date, for the entire winter season thus far, we have had exactly 2 snowfalls that exceeded 2 inches and neither time did they show up to plow, Even after multiple phone calls. The first time they didn't show I called and spoke with some woman who had not a clue. I wanted to make sure I was on the schedule and that everything was good. She gave me some lame excuse and assured me it would not happen again. Fast forward 2 weeks to the first big snow storm of the season, and still no one showed. I called multiple times, and when I finally got this same woman on the phone ( who still had not acquired a clue) she says the reasons that no one came is because we got 15in of snow. What? This is January in CLEVELAND, how are you not prepared for multiple inches of snow? And what difference does it make since you didn't show up the previous snowfall and that was only 3-4 inches. But again she 'assured' me that someone would show. Its now more than 36 hours later and still nothing. I spent my entire day trying to get my driveway plowed to no avail. I had to cancel patients and miss an entire day of work. Finally I had to call some friends to help me shovel my way out. After which I promptly went our and bought a snow blower so I would never have to experience this again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The same thing happened the year before, the first few inches of snow fell and no one came to plow. I called and after speaking with someone, I didn't have any more issues, so I figured it was just a one time fluke. I was quite wrong. The choice is yours, but I would choose any other snow removal service over this one.

I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then?
