DO NOT VISIT: First the Casa Brava on Calle 7 Sur in Cozumel should not be confused with the Costa Brava Hotel. My wife and I ordered tacos and bottle water. The food was flavorless and the tacos had only three small pieces of meat and nothing else. We also got one tablespoon full of beans and rice, The bill was over $25. This is a tourist trap that may locals will refer tourists. This maybe a dangerous place as well. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

The food was excellent, authentic Mole enchiladas, not like the Mole I have ever gotten in the states, the beef filet burritos, great, their salsa delicious. Menu was in spanish and english. We like eating where the locals eat and found there was a good mix of locals and tourists here. They have free wifi, too. Only problem was they don't calculate the exchange rate between pesos and US dollar very well. But even with their miscalculation, we paid a fair rate for really good food. read more
