The interior is nothing special and follows the old Starbucks style, they could do with a refurb. There was some comfortable seating. As of September 2024, they remain open until 8:30 pm, considering the valuable location on the A road for motorists and having a drive-thru, I would have liked them to remain open later. The prices are rather expensive as this is a franchise location - my Venti Iced Pumpkin Spide latte was £6.60. Luckily, I was able to use my 150 stars reward to pay on this occasion as this works out almost 13% more expensive than a corporate-owned store. The staff were friendly enough and my drink quality was fine and arrived reasonably quickly, although they were rather quiet on my recent visit. The car park did appear to be a little confusing, tight and hard to access from the main road, but this also seemed to be the case for nearby businesses including McDonald's 3* - A decent spot to grab a coffee when on a longer journey albeit at a premium, it isn't somewhere I'd want to go out of my way to visit as there are much better Starbucks locations.

There is a large seating area to the entrance, but unfortunately when you enter, there isn't enough room between the entrance and the counter which makes it extremely difficult to queue because of all the tables and chairs and people. I think the entire layout should or could have been better thought out. You will understand this if you go on a weekend and grab a seat as soon as you walk in, you'll probably be knocked by other customers waiting to be served and get the odd handbag wrapped around your head! There are always plenty of staff and the turnover of orders seems to run smoothly, not a long wait for your order. There is ample seating, but like I say, could have been better thought out. If you love coffee and want a sit down or even a smoke, I highly recommend this little coffee shop.

I prefer the coffee here - there isn't as much choice as Starbucks with the endless variations, but the coffee tastes more authentic and the staff feel more genuine. The location in Teesside park in the middle next to the public loos is easy to get to and can't be missed - you can sit and relax while watching all the folks rush by with their shopping (and you don't have to climb any stairs or go through other shops to get to it - so its easier if you've done a bit of shopping yourself )
