A pretty soulless place really within an out of town shopping centre, mostly but not all down to Covid & lockdown with folks behind masks. Let's hope this isn't the future.
The coffee in paper cups wasn't great; these were poor-tasting cappuccinos, so despite all the expensive equipment, presumably great quality coffee beans, perhaps skilled roasting yet something must be missing for them to churn this awful stuff out. It wasn't worth the money.
Worse still, last time we were here they had at least tables and chairs right outside the cafe but they were all stacked up inside by 3pm Saturday. I don't know if the tables and chairs had been outside earlier but it's just not good enough.
All in all, it was so poor I doubt I'll go back again, maybe this is also why we were the only two punters in the place mid Saturday afternoon and nobody outside drinking coffee. I noted also that there weren't any bins outside to dispose of the paper cups equally unacceptable. read more
