In fact, the employee had to call his manager before I could even get out - an almost 20-minute ordeal! On the plus side, their mini-mart is average and is usually stocked well and notwithstanding that car wash issue, their employees are fairly friendly. Nonetheless, I would recommend going to another Shell station and skipping this one. Your overall experience will likely be better.
