For made to order food items, you put in your order on a screen and a little ticket prints out. Then you go pay at the cashier or self-checkout and come back to wait for your food. I opted for a an iced Carmel macchiato and a bagel with cream cheese. My brother tried the French toast breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious. I'm glad I heard them announcing to another customer how it works since I'm not sure I would've figured that out on my own. When your order is ready, they'll call out your number. The coffee did come from a different side than the food so you may have to wait at both stations. It was super clean and well organized. There was plenty of parking between the front and the back of the building. But, we noticed there wasn't any seating inside or outside. I didn't interact with employees much since I ordered at the screen and did self checkout, but they were friendly and did a good job explaining how the process worked when making announcements.

I was expecting like a retro arcade themed and larger liquor selection than what it was presented. The parking lot is very clean and I do think it's off-putting that they put the car in the middle of the parking lot instead of it being overlooked by the highway. When you walk into the store it's pretty empty and Hollow upon walking in that compared to other Wally stores. Prices are very fair to be honest and better than their competitors with some of their hot food items. Smaller merchandise store, they do not sell desserts here at all unlike their Pontiac store but everything else is still here that you would come to expect at a Wally's.

I pulled right in and they handed me a bottle of water and a mini take 5 candy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I thought I needed an oil change (because of the sticker), but when they checked my oil, they kindly let me know that I actually didn't need one. Instead, they topped off my oil, checked my tire pressure, and sent me on my way :) It was news to me that the mileage on the sticker isn't when you need an oil change, but rather when you can come back to have your oil topped off. If it weren't for Take 5, who knows when I would've found that out!!
