ulie was super helpful!!! She is in training to be more involved in helping us find the right hearing solutions. She was spot on trouble shooting an annoying issue I was having. Also her patience made me more comfortable taking extra time to find my husband in the system, (he got his hearing aid in Danvers, MA) Her pleasant attitude made my day & I will be back. 14 yrs ago I got my fist hearing aids from Costco and was happy then as I am now. Both my husband and I love our hearing aids. Costco has excellent choices and back up with free check ups and supplies. Their insurance plan replaces a lost aid & does cost extra! I had a great experience at the North Spokane Costco, but not so good at the Valley Spokane branch. Communication was horrible. Communication at the North Spokane Costco was STELLAR!! Even though I live on the South Hill, it is definitely worth the drive for better customer service! read more
